I'm in my 60s and feeling more senior everyday. Ugh. Constant neck or back issues. These exercises will help. Thank you!
Love these
...I'm only In my 50's but struggle with RA and tons of pain. These will help me get my strength back after having my neck fused in Dec. Got me some bands 🙂
On point once again DR. And these are definitely what I need to do daily, the hip lateral circles light up the hip and lets me know I need to do this more often.
Love your work Kristie. Thank you.
Kristie is so great.
It definitely works not only for the elders for sure. Thank you.
Heya, these are good for us younger folks who have been severely injured, as well. Glad I'm at the healing point where I can start incorporating exercise back into my life, yay! Thank you. Love your energy

You are a great teacher, trainer
Thank you Doc. Very helpful video. God bless.
Thank you!
Love your channel and its presentation style- I've subbed. I am something of an evangelical, urging friends to try and slow down their ageing, and these are really useful exercises-for anyone. I did drink and drugs for forty years, I never thought I'd see myself in a gym, for sure. Although I do the machines and a few dumbells at the gym I like how you promote body - only solutions, it's great to get in touch with your body (and all its defects!), and make your movements count. I started getting myself sorted out after an arthritic foot collapsed, and all my joints were ropey. Only a year of daily exercise, a couple of hours say, and my joints are stronger, and make fewer noises. My surgeon was astounded at how much new bone growth I've laid down over my foot joints, and now doesn't need to pin them all together. At sixty I eat and ecercise well, and my body has sorted itself out, liver included. Hats off to you Kristie, from Welsh Wales.
Excellent! Thank you Kristie.
You’re welcome!
THANK YOU SO MUCH DOC. FOR SHARING

Although I chronologically am a senior I pride myself I have the fitness of a much younger person. Thanks for providing routines to help keep fit for many more years
Hello again Doc.
Hi Doc... so on chair sit/rise see "alexander technique" method on this. It shows by practice, posture correction that once established makes rising from a chair natural and easy with no arm support at all. Might not be on topic but important when seeking posture correction which is part of the aging cluster you mention, thanks nioce!
Very good Krisite - I like esp the use of the TA muscle group .It is so good .Thank you so muck🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
You are so welcome!
You are my favorite RUclips doctor 😊

Happy I found your channel. New subscriber here
I am a new subscriber, so have only seen this vid of yours so far, so I don't know your story. I've worked as a trainer and in several healing modalities, as well as conventional medicine, and I noticed that your frame is twisted a bit. I don't know your personal journey, but did want to bring up Bowen Therapy. Its an amazing, and a very gentle, modality. Peace and health to you!
Thanks!
The hip circles are an exercise I have never been aware of, this could help my hips so much! Thanks
You are welcome!
Great information 👍 - I work with Seniors and I will eventually be one as well!😁
AARP starts sending out information at 49 Doc!

I’m 71, female, and had hernia mesh repair in 2020. Can you please have video on lower body exercises that would strengthen the abdominal muscles or should I say excerses for those with hernia mesh repair. I go to the gym 3 days a week doing upper body excerses with dumbbells, squat,
lunges, deadlift and now I feel some kind of pain in my groin area where the hernia repaired. I might not 4:12 be doing my exercises right. Thank you Dr. Kristi
Do you know if everything is ok with the repair? Always good to have things checked out before starting ab exercises.

I have a problem my body doesnot sweat in summer and gets up heated due to which I canot walk but when there are peak months of winter my body begin to sweat. I am from India can you help me.

Hello. The fit at 60 is not easy to find. I don't know but if it was a certain Playlist maybe that would help
I’m sorry it was difficult:( it’s on my RUclips shelf as well as my website: www.drkristieennnis.com/body-vitality
@@drkristieennis I couldn’t find this either and this link doesn’t work

Where are your feet supposed to be while standing against the wall? Thanks! 😊
They are almost against the wall:)
What I would like to see is how someone who is younger and fitter gets up from the floor!
I’m an active senior but I don’t know many seniors that can get on the floor
That’s why I say in the video it’s ok to do the lying down ones in bed:)
much 🙂😊
Thanks!
If more women took pride in how they look, they wouldn't be charged with sloth. Excellent Video!
Will it help mdds
😍
The volume is a lot lower on this one, quite low
Struggling Turtle is my new nickname.😮
❤👍
First!
Nice 👍
But do you think all seniors have a gorgeous body like you ?!
😂😂
Hello Very Beautiful Dr Kristie Ennis I Hope You Have A Great Wonderful Tuesday Blessed With Beautiful Accomplishments And Achievements Great Success Total Happiness Sunshine And Smiles That Will Allow To Enjoy Your Life As A Happy And Successful Person In The World.🙏😘❤️💋💞💕🌷🌹💝💗😀😍🤩💞💕❤️💋💝
AARP started sending me mail when I was in my 40s. I thought that was a drag. You look like you're still in your 20s, so I'm surprised they're sending you stuff so early. They must have your demographics mixed up with another Kristie Ennis. Anyway, thanks for the video. I've been trying to piece together a routine of mixed exercises to start performing. Aging stinks. Well, aging is fine, but all the physical stuff that comes along with aging is what stinks. As the saying goes: If I'd known I'd live this long, I'd have taken better care of my body.
Assuming one can get on the floor 😮
Wonderful u and ur exercise kisses
Triple not tripple
Dr.... what is your age
Ummm TRIPPLE is actually spelt TRIPLE
It would be much more helpful to wait a tad more than one minute for an ad. It’s rude!!!
You must be nearing 50. AARP eligibility starts at 50. 😊
-, but do not show!
Do you have a only fans?
NOT APPROPRIATE FOR MENISCUS TEARS OR DEAD FOOT
That very much depends on the type and degree of tear.
Less talking and doing the complete exercises together please.
use of term senior is not positive aging language and is ageist. Take the free training with Changing the Narrative, and learn not to use ageist language like senior or elderly. Studies show they cause a negative view and reaction about older people. Best language is older adult or older people.
Please stop calling yourself "Doctor." You are not an MD. This is very pretentious.
She has a Doctorate degree! She has every right to call herself Dr.
@@RubyJane6904 Yeah, like someone with a PhD in Education? Like Dr. Jill Biden? Give me a break.
She is the first PT with a doctorate (I know of in my therapy circles)who calls herself “doctor”. Pretentious!
@@cherylanderson9126 Yes, it is total BS.
Geez you people are so pretty. Get a life. You must have little education yourselves yo be so jealous. Such a sad bunch.
Why are their different exercises "for seniors". Isn't that a form of ageism? A form of discrimination?
I am 65 and can keep up with 20-somethings physically. I have seen strong active 80-somethings at my senior center gym where I volunteer and many of all ages do nothing physically. Not offended by 'for seniors', but these basic movements would help the young and inactive as well.
Uh… No it’s not!!
Because seniors have aged more, lose more muscle and bone density as they get older. Plus they, have more falls and issues with balance and these exercises are targeted at them. It’s a fact of life.
