Thank you for the encouragement! I will do that. Already have a plan for one of my favorite high protein low calorie breakfast meal preps. I'll post it soon.

Could you show other ways you eat cottage cheese? I have some, 2%, and I keep trying it alone: sometimes on keto toast and maybe honey drizzle, or just alone. I have a hard time eating/enjoying it alone, the best time I enjoyed it was mixing it in my chicken salad personally recipe, it brought out the chicken taste more. But that doesn’t beat the protein I could gain from eating it more regularly/alone. Any tips besides blue berries? I’m really trying my hardest to eat it, because I’ve heard it’s awesome, mainly because I’m cutting and I need to eat the protein of my body weight while tracking lower calorie intake. Let me know!

Thanks for the reply. Here would be my suggestions in no particular order. Try different brands of cottage cheese, I find that I actually enjoy cottage cheese but only certain brands, I actually don't like the more fatty one either because it tastes too rich, hard to eat a lot of it. Next thing I would try different types of fruit that you might like more, maybe strawberries maybe raspberries maybe blackberries, all low calorie fruits like that. As you mentioned with the chicken salad, it's good to mix in other things, people like it in scrambled eggs in the morning adds a super cheesy flavor to it, another thing I like to do is with my extra lean ground beef is throw it in there, maybe 100 G with and it makes like this almost lasagna like filling and then just eat it with maybe your low-carb keto bread. If you like anything, lasagna like, cottage cheese is almost the same as ricotta cheese which is what they use in lasagna. So maybe play around with that idea.

@@BigfootFitness will do! I didn’t think about putting it in eggs/egg whites. Guess I’ll also have to look at brands too!!
