Great take on the high protein foods available at Costco! - but I have to say, I am amazed to see Egg Whites and Hard Boiled Eggs for sale in this way. I mean - what do they have to do to them to give them any type of shelf life? I think I'll skip these and just make my own.
Do you have better options for protein bars (with passing the test and high in fiber) at other stores? I can’t get behind the taste of the Kirkland brand ones 😂
Yeah I can’t eat any of those protein bars with the 1 gram of sugar. They all have a ton of sugar alcohols and the fake fiber. Kirkland, One, Quest, etc. they rip my stomach apart.
If you look behind him, you’ll see the Orgain RTD with 30g protein each. The Chocolatey Fudge is pretty decent. When it’s on sale, it’s between $.05 and $.06 per gram of protein. I stock up whenever they get discounted.
I tried the chocolate and chocolate peanut butter Premier protein shakes and the flavor was just too sweet for me. I’m going to try the Fairlife brand now.

Eat at the food court immediately prior to shopping at Costco. This helps me spend less, because it usually makes me feel full.

Trubars aren’t as high in protein but have a lot of fiber (11-12g/bar) and are really soft.

Barebells or quest. Those Fit Crunch tastes like a candy bar. You'd like those. You'd just have to get your fiber somewhere else.

i love Barbell. The Kirklands are primary milk protein, so the make me fart all the time. So needless to say. I like the taste but dont eat them . 🙂
Try the Built bars. They are a Marshmellow dipped in chocolate. Only 140 cal for almost 20g protein

He does 3 whole eggs, plus a cup of egg whites. Totals 40g of protein.

Why wouldn't you want Atlantic farm raised salmon? It's 1000% better than most of the junk Americans eat. I like your tips in the video though.
Farmed salmon can often be highly contaminated with toxins whereas wild caught salmon are low in contaminants.

He didn’t even go to the ground beef area or the ground bison. Grass fed beef and bison is your best healthy meats.

That protein powder is ok not the cleanest out there better off getting a grass fed non natural flavored one
