If your store has them you gotta try cosmic crisp apples. They're a genetic cross between honeycrisp and enterprise apples from WA. They are the best apples you'll ever eat.
What would you recommend for a weight gain I know you can do low fat and calorie I’m also been lifting weights wanting to at least gain 20-30 lbs I’m 140 right now at 6 foot so pretty slim and have a lot of trouble gaining weight how many calories fat carbs protein do I need per day with lifting about 20 mins

If you prep and marinade those sirloin filets properly, they will come out just as tender as filets -- that is the biggest cut of meat hack that no one really talks about.
