Tbh I know this sounds harsh, but I have trouble sympathizing with these grown adults trusting logan Paul with all their money. Logan literally is one of the least trustworthy people I can think of off the top of my head. No one should ever trust him with anything
It's easy to look in hindsight and think, yeah, these guys are idiots for buying into this nonsense. But at the end of the day, the onus is not on them. It's not like they stuck their hand in a bear trap knowingly. The onus is on Logan Paul and his merry band of morons for putting together this project with the express premeditated purpose of scamming their audience out of their money.
Dude straight up Charlie thank you for putting me onto Coffeezilla. This dude is amazing. He is a such a fucking badass. Like I support his fury. He is going in for all the right reasons.
What bothers me is that even though Logan scammed the hell out of them, they still believe that he’s honest enough to have possibly made a better game or that he would care enough to reimburse if he just saw how badly it affected the people who bought into it. They’re operating under the assumption that Logan has any ounce of honesty in him when he has repeatedly demonstrated, time and time again, that he isn’t. What bothers me is if Logan came out again with another crypto project, hat in hand, and talking about how his last project went belly up unexpectedly but he promised to work twice as hard on a new one to make sure it doesn’t, I almost feel like they would fall for that scam as well.
They say it destroyed their community... if they were part of a community that looks up to a guy like Logan Paul, they have no business making big decisions with money because they lack basic common sense. Both Pauls were borderline criminal annoying shitheads since they started and I can´t feel bad for people who flock to these kind of personalities. They trusted him... based on what ?!?
@@jcs3146 he’s reimbursed some, if I remember correctly, but not the full amount. Which, once again, demonstrates that the Paul brothers don’t have any integrity. I’m not saying the victims shouldn’t be reimbursed, but that I’m frustrated at these people’s willingness to believe so hard in Logan when he’s consistently been a scummy person with a history of being a crypto scammer.
27:54 where he explains the money spent on the project he's building and Charlie just loses it and then the video goes into buffer mode I effing lost it
1) I'm always amazed that there's so many folks who have this amount of money to gamble with. 2) The whole idea that the megarich are telling you how to become megarich for a fee is both self-fulfilling AND stupid. It's the same as ... "You can be as rich as me! Just give me a small fee." "Here - take my money. Now ... how can I be as rich as you?" "Just tell people that they can be as rich as you if they give you a small fee!" 🤣
In short. “You need to contact me before you can run a story about us” okay i am in contact with you right now can i get your side? “I know you are but im telling you you need to call me like you are right now so we can tell our side”
I also feel like people really want to believe that hardwork is the ONLY factor to becoming rich, famous, or even just successful enough to live an easy life, and etc. I think Charlie even admits he "got lucky" that someone else reacted to his videos and that he didnt work super hard back then with the c*ck and balls/a** and tiddies commentary
Exactly. Some people are born rich. Some people get lucky. Some people scam. It is possible to become rich from hard work, but it usually requires other factors such as luck, good timing, networking, etc.
Gotta love how his Manager doesn't want to give information but also indirectly threatens to sue. Honestly I've only been a lawyer for 3 years, I'm fairly new, but I noticed, those who like the threaten to sue are always the ones who have a lot to hide and can't actually afford to disclose information in court? Lol
When I first heard Logan Paul scammed people out of millions of dollars I was not surprised in the slightest Why would you trust this man with any amount of money?
the fact that people think that logan wouldnt do this is what makes me not feel as bad for some of these people. he has done this before and everybody said the same thing before that they thought he was a trust worthy person and they wouldnt think he would do something like that. nothing about logan is worthy of any form of trust.

He don’t pay the IRS either. Leave my home
Okay so like, pet breeding sims are A Thing. Flight Rising is my favorite. But even in those you have A) *actual* hand made art B) a verity of colors and genes that the offspring could possibly end up with. Some Sims, like Lioden, even have genetic mutations, and FR has them to, in a way, with the eye colors. Breeding and zoo sims can be fun but this? This is just....*bad*. Like, so, incredibly bad. There's no real verity or randomization. There's no way to breed towards a result you want, you can't further hybridize. Like, if you're gonna make a pet breeding Sim, actually do some fucking research into them and the community.
We bought NMS as soon as it was available for PC (we didn't have the PlayStation 4.) Our favorite aspect is that it's ultimately random. The game gets flak for not having a lot of variety, but it has a lot if you actually look for it, especially in Fauna and Flora (the three main "discoveries" are Minerals, Fauna and Flora.) And it even supports modding in NEW randomness, like Gnome Ann's Sky which adds 100,000 new atmosphere colors, Exosolar's mods that add new Flora colors, Space colors and Ocean colors, and Gumsk's various gMods that add anything from new spaceship possibilities to creature possibilities, so even when you feel like you aren't finding anything, you can just throw a .pak in and change that! Our main reason for playing is just the exploration aspect. Finding new things that no one else has seen before is a surreal experience, especially since we were there when Sean said Hello Games would almost certainly have to take down the game before all of 230,584,320 star systems, WHICH IS JUST THOSE CONFIRMED and NOT including the 256th galaxy that has been locked by Hello Games (Odyalutai was locked out by Hello Games in Atlas Rises, presumably due to the glitch that made Odyalutai essentially duplicate itself into an infinite number of "imposter" galaxies, the first being dubbed Yilsrussimil by the random generation software. You can still get to Odyalutai via multiplayer with other players that have already been there pre-Rises, or you can also save-edit yourself into it, with the galactic core not going back to Euclid like normal but Hilbert instead) nor any regions that haven't been fully confirmed in size (the biggest confirmed chunk of galaxy is 605 star systems big, known in-game as the Baadossm Anomaly, in Euclid. Most of the galaxies past Eissentam are sparce in players, most of them being either in Euclid or Eissentam as both are considered player civilization bases, with Euclid being the starting galaxy and Eissentam being the first possible galaxy with the Lush type if you select it with Atlas. So some galaxies like those at the end of the list are only populated by groups like UNITY and InExCor. Therefore, it's easy to draw the idea that of these less-populated galaxies, they may have more than 605 stars in a single cluster.) There are 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 planets in NMS according to Hello Games. And not 1% of them are expected to be discovered and explored before the death of the game. It almost is like a race, for us. Knowing that there's so much that others will never see down the line, and we might be the only ones to ever set foot on planets we find, we want to explore as much of it as possible. It's that determination and starry-eyed hope that Logan abused. And unfortunately, unlike NMS, there was no happy ending. -🪼/🖊️

17:55 this game seems like it was designed for people who are addicted to mobile games. There isn't an actual game to play. The mobile game addiction comes from the little rush of dopamine you can get from getting something new in a game. Thats how people spend half of their paychecks on lootboxes. With the initial opening of eggs being a big one, and the hybrid hatch being a second one. The first hatch has a lifespan of 7 breeds, and the hybrids having multiple visual variations to collect, if this still does launch he's going to still make a huge bag off of it.
Creepyking said he put 6 months of work into the project... But what exactly did he do? Actually scratch that, what exactly did ANY of them do besides paying (lol not really) devs to hammer out codes and pngs?
Makes me think of like, that belief that "people who are good are successful- so successful people are good", it pops up in a lot of places and sort of leads people to trusting the rich to want to help them. Because obviously theyre good people, if they weren't they wouldn't be rich.
its as charlie mentioned. they could make revenue, they could make money sure ... but its so much easier to rug people because not only does it not take as much effort, its free money for them if they dont end up paying developers. the game doesnt have to work, the money is already in their pockets since people are investing beforehand. its easy money unfortunately.
Seeing Charlie's reaction of this 3-part documentary really made me realize that I'm still very uncritical. Like I just believed with almost everything that was said on Coffeezilla's video(s) and sympathized with the victims when I watched it just by myself. But, seeing Charlie's reactions made me think that some of the points that Coffeezilla said was actually kinda obvious when you think about it. Like for instance, I thought it was tragic that people still invested in Cryptozoo despite various red flags but as Charlie implies with his sarcastic reactions, it was kinda stupid. I never thought of that and even subconsciously thought that people investing despite the obvious red flags was rational. But to be fair, I don't know much about Logan Paul. I only knew him based on the mistakes he did in the past and apologizing for it. Perhaps that's one factor why I wasn't able to be as critical of Cofeezilla's video. But still, I should've at least tried to be critical instead of passively consuming the documentaries.
"It's Logan Paul man, someone I trust..." That very line is why these people fucked themselves and fell for a scam. What about Logan Paul or his brother/family has shown you that you can trust them?
Did nobody else catch how familiar that line about the orphan thing is? Maybe I'm too old and showing my age, but about 40 some years ago Led Zeppelin had a song and part of the lyrics is "she tell you she's an orphan, after you meet her family"
I watch for 57 minutes. I go to take off my headphones and Charlie says "Hey Connor" Prompting a heart attack because how did he know I was going to take a piss?
@@undefined_galactic_hiatus seeing as how two people now were confused if I was a bot saying something in my defense as harmless and lame as a decades old ur mom joke to prove i'm not, does not warrant a threat of this sort. especially on a comment as positive as my original post.
literally within 30 seconds I came up with a better "Crypto-zoo" idea. think EA's spore. but you get parts, and with 6 different parts you can make your own unique species of aliens. 2 arms, 2 legs, a torso and head option. you can combine your parts to make a "Creature" and with 2 creatures you can gene-splice them to get genetic alterations that would increase the value of your parts. and i don't know shit about NFT's. but I'm sure somebody with experience could put that idea into a format that would make money.
I will just never, for the life of me, understand why people believe that they can make income without providing any goods or services to anyone. Mind boggling, not how the economy works, it's always going to be a scam my dudes!
Hmm well it's interesting because the people that make amounts of money that they can live on for a significant period of time by having some kind of a career online are usually producing some sort of consistent value to their consumers/viewers. This is why creating value as a content creator likely is more viable long term than being just an influencer.
I don't really understand why they didn't just make it an actual game that could have been legit because they still could have made their sketchy money on the front end and potentially more on the back end without people in the public getting scammed unless I'm missing something
it still wouldve been a scam if it worked (it would probably have been, as with all other shit tokens, them trying to raise the prices by buying them meaning there isnt any real money because all the money is in shit coins, but obviously do your own research on this) but the main scam here, and the reason it was so easy for them, was that if you dont pay for the labour of keeping a functional game. what baffles me is that the second team seems to have gotten paid before they left, so maybe the idea *was* to make the game but when it got too complicated it was like, they were trying to rug investors later so it doesnt matter if they do now. thats where logan and jeff not selling comes into play. they were probably waiting till the price inflated after but then it all went sideways before that could happen
CoffeeZilla should do a rundown of your reaction to his video so you can react to his reaction and we keep going deeper and deeper until we can't see where we started
I love you bro! The shit you say ha! " He wouldn't piss in the dude's mouth if he was thirsty" fucking rolling. " Tell your mom hi" I'll forever be a viewer from here on and glad to have come across your channel.
“It was Logan Paul…” Me: WTAF? 🤦🏻♀️ what gave you the impression that LP was in anyway a trustworthy decision maker? Was it when he filmed a dead body, edited it, then still thought it was a good idea to post it? Was it his flex on buying Pokémon cards and losing 3 million on fake ones?
Was it the previous crypto scam that he promoted then ditched that convinced you that this time would be different?? I’m honestly just as dumbfounded as you are. Part of me feels sorry for these guys because they obviously had an unhealthy para social relationship in which they saw Logan as a real friend thus they trusted him as such when they really REALLY shouldn’t have. Even if I really liked and trusted a RUclips content creator I would sure as hell not blindly dump tens of thousands of dollars into whatever new b.s they started promoting one day out of the blue. Like the saying goes… “a fool and his money are soon parted”. Not to downplay Logan & Co.’s involvement but to me the victims sound like someone angry at the lottery for blowing all of their money on lottery tickets after not winning. Like ultimately you have to use this as a learning experience and not be so gullible.
So like for the past couple years Logan Paul has really been pushing this 'redemption' arc of his, he stopped daily vlogging, focused on boxing, released some good takes, and seemed to be trying to be better? So a lot of people bought into that. And usually he 'comes' across as sincere to most people.

Tbh I know this sounds harsh, but I have trouble sympathizing with these grown adults trusting logan Paul with all their money. Logan literally is one of the least trustworthy people I can think of off the top of my head. No one should ever trust him with anything
Nah i have no sympathy. Bunch of moron
2:38
they're lying they invested cause they thought they could cash out during the releases inflation and make money

What bothers me is that it's been nearly 4 months and there's still no refund for cryptozoo victims
27:54 where he explains the money spent on the project he's building and Charlie just loses it and then the video goes into buffer mode I effing lost it
Lmaoooo it's probably unintentionally the best part of this
It is completely mental how people thought this was real or a sensible thing to invest in.
this guy at 40:02 cracks me up every time. "it's just a picture" applies to literally every NFT
He said it, LITERALLY:
"It's a fresh take" - yeah, take their money 💸💸
1) I'm always amazed that there's so many folks who have this amount of money to gamble with.
2) The whole idea that the megarich are telling you how to become megarich for a fee is both self-fulfilling AND stupid. It's the same as ...
"You can be as rich as me! Just give me a small fee."
"Here - take my money. Now ... how can I be as rich as you?"
"Just tell people that they can be as rich as you if they give you a small fee!" 🤣
Or that rich people are good people, so they'll help YOU become rich...yadda yadda trickle down nonsense
Lol
the call with logan's manager gave me an aneurism
44:53 reminds me of a song - "She'll tell you she's an orphan after you meet her family" - the black crows, she talks to angels.
When I first heard Logan Paul scammed people out of millions of dollars I was not surprised in the slightest
Why would you trust this man with any amount of money?
the fact that people think that logan wouldnt do this is what makes me not feel as bad for some of these people. he has done this before and everybody said the same thing before that they thought he was a trust worthy person and they wouldnt think he would do something like that. nothing about logan is worthy of any form of trust.
Also the fact that they're all grown ass men too 😂😂😂
Local Boricua here from the land of Borikén
That nice lil joke Logan said about “where’s my money? What I am I the IRS?” Was particularly funny since he’s ABUSING the “Jones act” or law 22 to live tax free in Dorado Puerto Rico. While also telling others to do the same. He don’t pay the IRS either.

I USED TO PLAY FLIGHT RISING TOO
Zamn, the pet breeding community is popping off
We bought NMS as soon as it was available for PC (we didn't have the PlayStation 4.)
Our favorite aspect is that it's ultimately random.
Therefore, it's easy to draw the idea that of these less-populated galaxies, they may have more than 605 stars in a single cluster.)
There are 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 planets in NMS according to Hello Games.

At this point I would t be surprised if Logan was involved in the fire festival.
I loved how happy charlie was when he popped up.
Most orphans would get adopted eventually, and then refer to their adoptive parents as their mother and father.
That may be the case but, given the pattern with this guy and everything else he says about his life, I am betting it is a lie as well.
Eddie created the cryptozoo scam game but the one who outplayed him was Jeff. He created the game but did not play it. That is why he lost big time.

If these influencers actually spent the time to make good apps and games they would make great revenue instead of just stealing everything
unfortunately that would take something that logan doesnt have and its real effort
its as charlie mentioned. they could make revenue, they could make money sure ... but its so much easier to rug people because not only does it not take as much effort, its free money for them if they dont end up paying developers. the game doesnt have to work, the money is already in their pockets since people are investing beforehand.
its easy money unfortunately.
My favorite thing is when Charlie is watching a video and gets jumpscared by a meme of himself
You are kinda a loser, but I admire that you have 450k in Ur bank account.
Coffeezilla is just being nice. All cryptobros are either stupid or scamming. All. Of. Them.
Btw, just because I find this hilarious, Logan's game has already been made, it's called Pokemon Infinite Fusion. It's pretty good.
Get rich schemes are normally get poorer quicker schemes.
"Hi, my name's Rob, I'm a 40 year old professional and a huge Logan Paul fan." - Yeah, right.
"It's Logan Paul man, someone I trust..."
That very line is why these people fucked themselves and fell for a scam. What about Logan Paul or his brother/family has shown you that you can trust them?
What? Eddie didnt hack the CIAa on his nintendo 64 when he was 3? No way
Did nobody else catch how familiar that line about the orphan thing is? Maybe I'm too old and showing my age, but about 40 some years ago Led Zeppelin had a song and part of the lyrics is "she tell you she's an orphan, after you meet her family"

literally within 30 seconds I came up with a better "Crypto-zoo" idea. think EA's spore. but you get parts, and with 6 different parts you can make your own unique species of aliens.
Those investors' first mistake was listening to Logan's podcast...
Dude’s internet was cutting off
I will just never, for the life of me, understand why people believe that they can make income without providing any goods or services to anyone. Mind boggling, not how the economy works, it's always going to be a scam my dudes!
It's how alot of rich people influencers get rich these days^
That take work and money. You know, investment.

“It was Logan Paul…”
Me: WTAF?
