    You are my go to you tube mechanic. This is basically the same type of shit we do at our shop. Like, damn near exactly except you have better ideas and tools here and there that we dont lol

    I know this video is 6 years old if what would be the difference between that engine I'm assuming mp7 and newer d13 Volvo engine as far as procedures go.

    Thank You so much for this video. My radiator on my Mack CH is leaking and I was contemplating whether to take it into the shop or try it myself. It doesn't look to bad after you seen it done once. I'm gonna give it a go this weekend if I can find a radiator around here. Good job on the video and thanks for showing the neccessary steps and cutting out all the bs. 👍

    Northern radiators are who Volvo uses when they can't get factory. And they are holding up a lot better in trash service (rolloffs and tractors pulling transfer trailers

    How long did it take you start to finish to replace the radiator??

    • @Ezrider359
      @Ezrider359  5 лет назад +1

      i don't remember, i did quite a few other things while it was all apart that i didn't film as well, new water pump fixed some oil leaks on the front cover and some new o rings on the oil cooler, and a few other things i seem to remember working on it for about a day and a half but probably 4-6 hours on just the radiator.

    hi do you have any video for 2001 highlighter . how to change the engine cooling radiator thanks

    Great video i.JUST did an inframe on my 12.7 Detroit replaced stock 3row rad with a 4row thermostats are 190 but when I'm loaded temp goes up to 210 any recommendation in making run a bit cooler with no load it runs at 190 just a bit worried

    • @Ezrider359
      @Ezrider359  5 лет назад +2

      if 210 is as hot as it gets should be just fine for a 60 series. if radiator water pump t stats are all in good shape and everything working properly you should be fine. if it starts getting hot on a long pull you can drop a gear and back out of it a little bit. but 215-216 wont hurt anything. a manual fan switch can be nice in the summer heat as well. fan on and rpms up should pull the temp down pretty quick.

      Yeah a extra person doesn't nessisary mean you're get twice the work done. Sometimes would be nice to have a extra set of hands though
