    "That bolt won't cone out all the way" they actually do quite easily with a gear wrenches. Did 2 today (rads and water pump on both/ 1 additional surge rank was added but no big deal. Point being, try it next time: let it wedge itself( it's out at that point, lift/wiggle it will pop off(the wrench will), go to the other side: repeat. There's a hundred ways to do jobs up front of these and NONE are wrong. Just how I do mine! Great video and best regards- Bret Transource

    How do I remove the lines from the bottom that goes to the transmission cannot get those B apart

    There is one truck driver on RUclips, he replaced by himself radiator on the road, not in the shop! And he is not American of course.

      What is the deal with not being American I'm American and done several in the field and in a shop it's my job along with several other people theres operators & there is mechanics some people do both some dont due to not having proper means to accomplish some just plain out cant do tasks due to restrictions in today's world of messes and saftey

    That's a common problem for D13 engine the top of the radiator to start leaking. Now I got the same problem with Volvo D13 on 600 000 miles. I used to have Volvo D12 I sold the truck on 1 000 000 miles and I've never had to replace a radiator. The new Volvo's with D13 are crap in every way.

    How did you take the trans cooler lines on the bottom off??

      Removed the the pins and then just unscrewed them and used the caps supplied to cap them off

    so all you need is a chain and forklift I would have thought you had to take a lot of stuff loose.

    I will try to do it with my dad he’s Volvo overturned yesterday thanks god he’s ok but the truck has a lot of damage one of the damage is the entire radiator

      ​@@8526ProductionsThe bolts holding the fan in my 2022 peterbilt snapped in half. Radiator, fan, and possibly bracket need to be replaced
