I ordered 25lbs of millet and it is arriving today. It was the only bulk grain I could afford right now due to the massive inflation. Thank you for this video. All I know is that it is good for u and birds love it. 😀 so thx u for teaching me how to cook with it cuz otherwise I would have been confused 😀

If you’re going for health You should also soak it for 6 to 8 hours to help break down the layers and that way it can be easily digested and utilized otherwise it can cause some digestion issues as well. Also after rinsing it when you still get you should save that water to cook it in because it has a lot of nutrients in it

Just buy starch then if u think that water is good

After trying it for the first time I can confirm that millet is awesome! Really, why haven't tried to break the dogma of wheat, barley and oats for so long? TO everyone who is hesitant - go for it, you won't lose anything. Millet is so tasty and versatile. You can do whatever you want with it.

Sikhism believes in equality for all of mankind no matter whether they are of a particular religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, caste etc. Sikhs believe in one God and God is present within all of us which ultimately makes us all equal.
