Excellent recipes. wonderful options presented for breakfast, lunch. my mother too makes such lovely breakfast from millets. She switched over to millets immediately after she was informed by doctors that she was in pre-diabetic stage. within 3 months she stopped metformin and continues to lead a healthy life with millets.
Only change to the presentation by Gita Madam is millets need to be soaked for atleast 6 hours or overnight for the anti nutrients to be neutralized. 1/2 hour soaking is not good enough. it may lead to constipation and long term health issues. data on this is available on internet. it can be checked. But rest everything presented by Gita Madam is excellent. switch over to millets and manage your metabolic health easily. keep away from western fast foods. good wishes from a south india that is bharat
