Great video again! Would you identify as a practicing mahayana buddhist?

I suppose I’m something more like a secular Buddhist. A lot of my practice has come from vajryana. Mingyur Rinpoche, specifically 😄🙏

@@SonamHoani born into a Hindu family, atheist from 14-19 and slowly going back into religion now (I’m 21). I feel attachment to some Hindu scriptures like the Gita and also Mahayana Buddhism (particularly the version espoused by thich nhat Hanh) + Taoism to be very appealing. I would still say I need to read a lot more about these traditions though :)

Oh yeah! These are terrific sources. I’ve read the Gita, The Tao and Thich Nhat Hanh 😄 🙌 I was born into a Christian family, left it, but still see the benefit of spirituality and particular teachings 😄

Please re-record in stereo. The audio is super hard to understand. Thank you.

Oh goodness. 🫠 I know. I don’t have the original files anymore but, I might be able to work something out. It was an accident.

Do you NEED meditation to see Impermanence of things? Is it true that those who don't meditation can't see Impermanence?

Impermanence exists on different levels. Anyone can understand it and anyone can notice it to some degree. Mindfulness helps us notice it in a sustained way.
