Excellent advice. I have learned thru hard experience not to depend on others for my life's motivation and happiness. As one of my best supportive housing caseworkers once told me when it comes to girl friends not to depend on them for motivation because what if we break up than i'll be back to where i started with no motivation to do anything. Love your pets, read, laugh, etc , chilling on sofa cool with radio on, texting helps?, clean car, plan something nice regularly, as travel meet new contacts, see new sights, enjoy your birthdays 🎂 🥳 🎉 plan nice thing's
45 plus your safety in your home whether alone or with a partner and pets is paramount. My home is clean and decent food i enjoy the peace, the sun in the lounge. Hide valuables in vaults or upstairs, keep room downstairs modest

Lotsa truth in these cliches. Think positive! Keep negative people out of your life! Depressed people are a real downer. (?) Or can we show a little compassion for these ugly negative depressed individuals...And if I am depressed, where do I go? Not to the homes of the positivity seekers it seems. If those living with family members are depressed, what then? Kick them out?.
