You can only get the currencies one time and each match only gives you 10.

I loved how he casually points out how it is mathematically impossible to unlock more than a few characters by leveling them, since you effectively only get one unlock for every five fully levelled characters. Even waiting out the rotation and fully-leveling the entire 25 character initial roster would only net a grand total of 15000 Fighter Currency (So five characters - or three and the Joker). And it takes a healthy amount of grinding time to get each character to level 14.
So we can only fully unlock eight of the total twenty-five characters by means of leveling alone to get Fighter Currency. He expertly summarized the system mechanics while at the same time elegantly advertising how it's impossible to unlock more than five characters that way, and then almost like it was an afterthought he adds, "so that might take a while." No sarcasm. That was awesome! Love it. (your delivery and expose, not the game's in-game unlock mechanics. I could do without what feels like an intentional "incentive" to buy in game currency with real money.)
But yes too to what you were saying Kahoo. I will have to go back and re-watch to be sure I didn't just miss it, but I would be a little disappointed if that part you just mentioned was omitted in his video. That is kind of a big deal.

that is the issue, you have to play rifts to unlock fc, i dont want to play ai so no point playing the game

Just pick the character in the store and it will let you choose if you want to use glemium or fighter currency.

i played through the rift on experienced difficulty. i jus realized now that the fighter currency is only on easy difficulty. why would they make it so the more desirable reward is on the east difficulty, now i gotta play through the fuckin rift again😭

@@BJ.Picklzz445 ive recently seen some tricks, on any rift and on any difficulty, spam use a char and it can be the easiest boss. Just do well and youll level up that char. Repeat the process, due to the fact of weekly free char rotations its a easy way
