Doctor I had been to one of the Ayu Doc who is spine specialist, I am in initial stage of mild Spondylosis . Doctor suggested not to do bending or stretching. Can you please guide me should I stretch or not. I was advised to reduce weight by doing 1 hour of walking. I am 5.7 and weighs 85kg and asked to reduce to 70kg which I agree. Pls help. I am taking Spiner Tab, Nuro XT and flexi forte tab as prescribed after breakfast and dinner.
