    ✔ Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1/2 onion
    4 button mushrooms
    4 strips of bacon
    5 tablespoons of starch powder
    100 ml of water
    1 yolk
    ✔ Sauce Ingredients
    200ml milk
    250 ml fresh cream
    a piece of butter
    a pinch of black pepper
    1/2 tbsp chicken stock
    ✔ Recipe
    1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces until they are well cooked.
    2. Place in a microwave safe bowl and turn for 11 minutes.
    3. While the potatoes are cooking, slice the onion, button mushrooms, and bacon.
    4. Mash the ripe potatoes.
    5. Add egg yolk, starch powder, and water and mix to make dough.
    6. Form into a round shape and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. (When the dough is cooked, it will float on top of the water!)
    7. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and bake the gnocchi dough until golden brown on both sides.
    8. Grease the frying pan again and fry the onion and bacon. Add milk, fresh cream, and sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
    9. When it boils slightly, add the gnocchi dough, butter, and chicken stock.
    10. Serve it well on a plate and it's done!
