- In this video I show how to install the Powerflex gearbox mount polybush insert on the Astra VXR, and give my first impressions and review of the Vibratechnics engine mounts I fitted in the last episode.
These are a great upgrade that transforms the handling of the car, making turn-in, gear changes, rev matching downshifts, all much smoother with very little additional noise, vibration and harshness.

Bloody hell what a nightmare that looked good on you though was sunmot I was about to order for the car ( once it’s fixed lol ) I’m not so sure now though 😂😂
If you do, it might be easier to pay someone to fit it 😂

thinking about doing this myself, the braided lines you've ordered are a mega upgrade especially if you get the 4 pot brembo's as well
Good to hear the braided lines are a solid upgrade - I got them for this track day just in case the stock ones weren't up to the job 😅

@@JamesBalazs was thinking about getting that sprogley intake with the airtec catch can at some point too, would you be able to take out the courtenay air box seperator thing and see if it knocks about without it in for me? don’t particularly want to buy one of those but i’ll have to if it knocks
@@Sssnakepit they're definitely fine without the Courtenay sport heat shield, I'm probably the only person who's using both the heat shield and the catch can 😅

Can gearbox mount be bolted to gearbox first then chassis Leg to allow it to line up ?
