- My home town, Port Townsend Washington!
In this video I will take you inside the Motorhome that I live in, then we will drive into Port Townsend and check out downtown, and Point hudson, then we will head uptown and finally we will visit Fort Worden state park where I will show you the old military bunkers, beaches and campgrounds.
Filmed on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I just let the camera roll without making any adjustments this time, kind of a lazy day of filming and unfortunately the audio straight of the
iPhone isn't very impressive so if I do something like this again I will use the Rode Wireless Go11.
This video wasn't planned, I just woke up and decided to make a personal video, thanks for watching.

Awesome tour of this amazing little historic tourist town! The views are beautiful with the ocean surrounding it. The old Fort with the many military bunkers and endless hiking trails are a great place to hike and explore. It’s a cool little town to live in & the tour was very enjoyable! Thanks Dave😃

Fall is pretty temperate, not too hot or cold. Winters are also mild maybe snow for a few days but melts off quickly. Mostly gray and overcast with light rain in winter. Thanks for watching 😃👍

I've been through Port Townsend a few times. Love this part of the world. You're living the life, Dave! I look at a lot of RV porn trying to decide what we're going to get. So where do you park your RV?
I'm in a small 4 space park with full hook ups, 10 minutes outside of Port Townsend, the park was new when I moved here 4 years ago and I was the first person to live here, the other 3 spaces were completed 3 years ago.

It is crowded with tourists and hard to find parking 8 months out of the year. Wear your wind breaker that wind is blowing hard and it is usually chilly and sometimes rainy. It is a retirement town since there is little work to be had. Some people love the deer others hate them since there are so many of them and they dine on your landscaped yard. Just a reality check, it is not paradise but not a bad place to live.

Great tour of the town Dave - it looks like a very relaxing place to stay. The views of the ocean were lovely. It was interesting seeing the bunkers - they have quite the complex in there! Looks like a lot of fun to explore. The deer sighting was pretty cool.

Does the rain shadow really make PT sunny even in winter?
Being in the rain shadow just means we have significantly dryer and brighter weather than surrounding locations. Sequim, Port Angeles, Coupeville and Victoria BC are also encompassed by the shadow. Seems like Sequim has about the best weather all around though.
