Thank you Jordan! I’ve loved your content for years and love how honest you are. I agree with not judging people for what you see them eat in one meal. I tend to eat 3 meals a day but when life gets busy (specially lately with a toddler) I go down to 2 and my second meal tends to be larger. I get the “wow you can eat that and still be skinny” when in reality I am really mindful of what I consume and make sure there is balance in my overall diet.
He doesnt seem like hes smashing protein like crazy either with people pushing eating a gram per pound of body weight, what would he "need" like 130 to 160 grams? He definitely didn't get that from this day yet hes still seeing results
oatmeal crashes my BS - i love it - but i just can't eat it - an hour later im starving and ready for a nap - even if i add protein and fat - also - what is your take on Bryan Johnson talking about how bad most of the protein powders are - as in they contain high amounts of heavy metals - etc - even the expensive ones - when his lab ran tests it was astonishing - i threw my protein powder out -

So many things wrong with the "advice" your giving. Keep in mind folks this is just an opinion. Those who do not (cannot) exercise, have diabetes, SIBO, IBS, Gluten intolerant, or past age 50 these advices may not be good for you. Each person's food needs will be different.💡✌️
He is very small *but* he’s incredibly active and I wouldn’t be surprised if he not only gets well over 10,000-15,000 steps/day but I’d also imagine his NEAT is through the fucking roof. I’d imagine based on his lifestyle alone he could eat upwards of 2300-2500 calories/day
@jordansyatt imagine, though, trying to get in 1500 calories of vegetarian food at the end of the day (he said his girlfriend is vegetarian, so I'm wondering if the 2 In and Out burgers is a once in a while thing). I couldn't.
