- Nothing Phone after 10 months of daily use. In this later review, I have shared my experience of using this smartphone for the long term. It can still be a good option for specific users, 2is going to offer better features & further improvements, but possibly at a higher value.

It can still be a good smartphone for specific users, specially during sales. The phone 2 offers better features & further improvements, but at a higher price point.

Good but ek charger bi de dete tu acha hota.. Prise not 23k prise hight 24k without charger. After 2k charger total 26k me mobile.. Goo look. But camera battery I think loose

It's one of the great minimalist phone at a good budget...the most alluring feature is the customised glyph for different contacts....and also the non distracting AI is really good
I am using Nothing 2 past 7 months it's just an awesome phone. They are improving day by day and they come with the solutions during every updates. It's really superb
What can be improved-
1- ip 68
2- screen brightness
3- display quad HD
4- flagship processor
5- camera
6- alert slider
6- Dolby speakers
7- centre punch hole
8- gorilla victus 2
9- ui
10- charger in the box.
Equals perfect things which can't be exist
At this rate you will ask iPhone 15 pro max at 10k next 😂
u dont consider the price of the phone. with a flagship processor alone it would cost much more. u dont seem to understand that this is a midrange phone, and for that its pretty much spot on.

Only Major problem I have with this phone is freaking power and volume buttons placement. I end up taking screenshots every now and then while just trying to push power button.
Edit: Got rid of this phone! No more screenshots in my gallery 😄
Well the company just had started out at that time and its the first phone of the company of course it isn't going to be perfect

I love it when the power and volume buttons are on opposite ends of a phone , I have been an iphone user for 10 years and recently made the switch to Android and I absolutely hate the power and volume button placements on androids like samsung , Google Pixel , Motorola , etc.
It makes no sense , I can only use my phone with 1 hand. Taking screenshots is super difficult and annoying , and many times im accidentally pressing the wrong button when I need to turn the volume up or down or wanting to power the phone off
I much prefer having the power and volume buttons on each opposite end , its just so much easier to take a screenshot , turn volume up or down, or power on or off device . I can do it with both hands and I can do it when the phones in landscape mode or in my pocket when I use my Samsung it's a huge difficulty trying to press any key bc I don't know which is which
I love how nothing is offering them on each opposite side , I'm definitely considering getting the phone

as someone who came from flapships like S7 edge iphone X and 13, noting phone 1 never felt like a midrange, personally got the phone 2 now cuz i prefer the size. but sometimes i forget i changed from the phone 1

Make a call and put your finger on proximity sensor then see display Activity after removal of finger from proximity sensor. Do it with 60 hz. Switch on night mode and extra dim when room lights are off. Now try to read text.
As a user of Samsung galaxy note 9 since last 5 years I must admit its been a wonderful experience. Such a work horse and still going strong 💪🏻

I've been too using Nothing Phone 1, for 7 months now and I love the experience I've had till now, there are few bugs here and there but still I like the experience

@@mintisgames5266 Nothing for sure its camera is comparable to iphone 13 its just you will have to capture the moment real good people wont be able to differentiate b/w Nothing and Iphone 13 capture but 4k video is different story Nothing lacks alot there

I wish the phone had the option change the pixelated text formats and colors in the lockscreen as light background wallpapers makes it difficult to view the time and date in the lockscreen. So ironic to say they emphasized alot on customisation.

To the price battery is disappointing but have better battery than i phones (excluding pro versions)

I got mine for the glyphs. But it has been a great phone in other regards. It did take some getting used to the new way to fully shut it down. I'm used to holding down the power button, but on here no.
You can still use the power button to access the shut down menu,you just have to disable the assistant setting in System > gesture > power button and there you disable the assistant access by power button, it'll act like a normal power button on any other phone

The camera is good but the shudder speed is slow, takes time to click a pic especially when people are moving

I think only one problem of this phone is front camera, darkish photo comes
When Android Auto is connected with a cable, WhatsApp call sound does not come from the car speaker. Additionally, when joining calls on Android Auto, there is no voice at all

Its an almost perfect device. It checks all the boxes for everyday use but the only caveat is the screen brightness is too low, can't really use it under sunlight.
Almost perfect only if they sell it for 20k you can buy better phones than nothing on that price for 2k more if nothing is 28k

Bro i salute to their design and concept but by this design there will be more usage of battery and if one led stops working than it will not look good and the most important thing who keeps the phone from back side most of the people keep there mobile from front side so there should think something about the front side also according too all this the price is too high of that phone.

I have been using phone 1 for the last 6 months, only issue faced for cellular connectivity

I switched from an iPhone 11 to the Nothing phone 1. The display is impressive, and the battery life is satisfactory with a 60Hz refresh rate. However, since the recent update, I've been encountering numerous network-related problems. The connection constantly switches between 4G and 4G+, and this issue persists even after checking with different service providers. This situation is quite frustrating and makes the phone's reliability questionable. I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
I'm facing call drops and network issues are majorly faced.. I'm getting rid of this phone the basic feature of the phone is call and which i can't make..😂😂

Are you using Always on display? Does it have screen burn?
Yes, I've been using the always-on-display feature in my nothing phone since the first day, no burn-in issues till now. It changes position slightly from time to time so no worries.
pixel burn will come in future as its lighting up only in one place unlike other phones which change place of AOD

It's been a year for me using the nothing phone 1, and over time I noticed that the phone got stutters over time and things aren't as smooth. Also I tried a few custom roms and even then the phone is stuttering when you just scroll through UI sometimes.
I also have nothing phone 1 mobile was very highly heating
One problem which is till not resolved, touch stops responding when phone is laying on flat surface.

At first My 3 months old nothing phone's earpiece receiver speaker had cracking and buzzing sound now both the speakers and mic are muted, voice recording app keeps crashing, video recording doesn't work. Can't play Facebook videos. And the main problem is the service which is rare and not in my place.
