    I heard from Jeff Cavalier that upright rows are bad for your shoulder joints and stuff.

    • @nealfrancis5083
      @nealfrancis5083 7 лет назад

      davetoob no , that's actually not true it depends on the individual structure, using a wider grip is better and only going up to were the arms are parallel, going as high as chin does hammer wrists as Jeff said

      +davetoob There are many ways to skin a cat.Personally doing Snatch grip high pulls to lower chest level is way superior to upright rows as you can handle more weight & improve muscle size. Check Alphadestiny on this one. Upright rows will impinge shoulders as Jeff cavilier said he's a physciotherapist i'd trust him on this one tho.

      davetoob I heard that from a couple of other bodybuilders, too.

      Hans Müller i think Dorian Yates completely disagrees with upright rows as well

      Nobody's forcing you to buy the products. The man has to make a living. So what if he does a bit of product placement. The quality and information in the video is still very good.

    Cool gadget but don't really see a market for it. Most people find it already hard enough to be consistent with their training and diet so no need to make things more complicated with fancy gadgets :/
