    Ma'am I know there are so many yogasanas so that it could not be done on a single stretch. So if you put a video on different different yogasanas for each day, like a routine it would be better for many of us

      Nice video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you researched - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (google it)? It is a good one off product for learning how to hack your flow state without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

    Very nicely explained and demonstrated. The technique explained to make incremental progress in Paschimuthanasan, with each breathing out, was good suggestion. Slow and clear explaination at each step, with minor variation for those who are unable to do, is very forthcoming.

    Your all Yoga activities are good including all type presentation i.e fluent, simple Communication also.
    I am daily routine excercise person with 💯 Percent help og The God!.
    I am also an Cross Country player also in MDU Rohtak.

      When she says stay for five deep breaths ...does she means to take deep five breath or to stop breathing for that particular time

    Hi Vandana di. I love to watch and practice yoga asanas and i have watched so many videos on youtube. Only few of yoga teachers can teach well. And you r my fvrt one. I blv no one can explain postures better than you. I cant understand all hindi languages and you r using English words for that which is + points of you.       It depends on ur ability if u r ready to straight ur knees u can do like that otherwise u can bend a little .....

    In cobra pose I find it difficult to drop my shoulders away from my ears. I think maybe my arms are quite long. Is it safe to put a block under my pelvis in cobra? Love the way you transition so easily between languages. 😊

      योग करने के प्रथम मंत्र पर सर्वोत्तम ध्यान दीजिए "sthiram sukham asanam".
      यानी कि स्थिरता से सुख पूर्वक आसन जो हो सकता है वही योगासन आपके लिए उचित है, और उसको आप दिन प्रतिदिन अभ्यास के द्वारा पूर्ण आसन तक पहुंचा सकते हैंl

      If you have pain in back when you bend forward means your Lower back pain. Don't bend forward suddenly. It will hurt. Go and find a good Yoga teacher
