In cobra pose I find it difficult to drop my shoulders away from my ears. I think maybe my arms are quite long. Is it safe to put a block under my pelvis in cobra? Love the way you transition so easily between languages. 😊
I was so confused about the transition between languages! :D I even rewinded the first time to see whether she had been speaking English the whole time.

If you have pain in back when you bend forward means your Lower back pain. Don't bend forward suddenly. It will hurt. Go and find a good Yoga teacher
No forward bends at all. You need to strengthen your core
Please try cobra pose n pelvic pose with carefully I hope your pain should be gone
