Hey i wana know, in any asana (let's say trikonasana) after you inhale stretch arms & lean downwards on one side, you mention we will stay here for 2/3/5 breaths, what do you mean by that? Are we suppose to hold breaths, or we can breathe? Before we come upwards towards normal position we began at. Please reply so i do it right way

Madam me regular yoga practice kartahun par mujhe daily basis kon kon si yoga karna he ? Kitna karna chahiye. Ye idia nahin he. Me roj karib 1 hour karta hun. Kavi kavi time ho to ushse jyada vi karta hu. And kosis karta hun jyada se jyada yoga postures practice kar sakun. Kindly suggest me.
Good noon mam I have heard you were saying in some postures of yoga that stay for 5 to 8 deep breaths. Please clear wheather we have to hold our breath for 5 to 8 times or take long breaths in between the posture. I am little bit confused because I am beginner in yoga. Please also suggest where from I have to start and at least how many asans are advisable for a day and for what duration?
Hi FitTak, Very Good video.I had started yoga learning during this lockdown.I am starting with Surya namaskar & breathing exercises.I tried seated forward bend but my spine isn't bending neither are my fingers getting any where near my legs. is it normal? Will it take sometime for my spine to be flexible?
