Galampli Nam Pla Gung Haeng - i love that side dish! But I dont use dried shrimps - just cabbage, fishsauce, garlic and a little bit of chili. I love the smoking hot wok when you put in the cabbage. Than the cabbage gets charred and gets that smoky wok hei aroma. Perfect!

Approximately 250 g. Of cabbage
And 15 g. of dried shrimps ☺️
