Nice clean setup - looks really well thought out and functional!
You mentioned doing a tac reload and the tossing that mag into your dump pouch. If I may make a suggestion, if the mag is empty, just throw it on the ground if you're at home having to defend yourself. If it's not empty and you're just doing a tac reloar because you're unsure of how many rounds you have left in the mag, then just put that mag in the pouch furthest from the buckle. Move fresh mags forward, leave semi-spent or empty mags towards the rear, in the mag holder.
Sweet video and duty belt set up. 16 years ago my police Safariland Basket weave Sam Brown Belt 94 velcro went to hell. I got me a Uncle Mike's with a plastic buckle and that broke after a year. I went to a Condor TATICAL Elite duty belt with the Cobra buckle. It is great and since it is black my Captain lets me use it. I think our entire dept. Will be changing to this belt. No more velcro nylon crap or heavy leather belts.
Hadn't thought of a battle belt for home defense, always felt comfortable with a 30 round mag in my AR pistol, or 16 rounds in my Glock 19, or 8 in my shotgun, depending on which I have quickest access to.
Good idea having a ready to grab duty belt. One thing that jumped out to me was the lack of a tactical light on your belt. Even if you have a tactical light on your gun it’s a nice little addition to have one more. I always liked the safariland RLS because you can attach it quickly to your pistol or use it as a regular old flashlight.
All good options. I like the idea of secured retention in case of CQB.
I like that you incorporate a stop bleed part onto your belt....heaven forbid something happens when your shooting your covered! Great set up bruv! Cheers, Jerbs.

Man I watched tons of videos on Safelife and GCode belts. GCode has the D ring and a loop to hook gloves on which I wish Safelife would do. I went with Safelife mainly because they are about the only one I could find that had Molle attachments on the belt. I have a Safelife 3+ vest on the way to replace an old vest. I ordered GCode Softshell mag holsters with molle attachments. I could have got different mounts but I wanted to interchange quickly between the vest and belt for either my work setup or play setup. (Another system is BladeTek mounting system which I may get eventually.) Got a Werkz Holster as they are the only ones who have one for a SigP320XC with OLight Baldr Mini. I am a Recovery Agent and wear daily. My first vest, holster belt setup was just getting sloppy as I added stuff on. I'm redoing my entire setup now that I know what works and what doesn't. I just have to say man this stuff is a headache there are so many options and not everything intertwines unless you find a modular item and want 3 different mounting systems. Almost too many companies making stuff also but there must be a huge market. Other thing I learned young buy cheap, you buy again. Spend a few extra bucks you are done! Gerber Strong-arm has a great sheath for the money. Good mix of utility and tactical features imo.

Nice setup I carry a few more mags on mine but mine does double duty with my plate carrier as well

Good video. As dumb as it sounds the large Bear Grylls Gerber knife has active retention with a fire steel rod on the sheath. Only drawback is that it has a little orange on the setup. If you dont have a plate carrier vest why not add a RIP away med pouch?
Interesting - will have to look up reviews on the bear knife. Med Pouch is next - all the ones I’ve seen are crazy pricey for the money. $200 for a piece of fabric?? Lol

Most people run their mags bullets pointing forward, noticed your ar mag is pointing backwards. How does the reload workout for you?
smokethirteen I run my pistol mags pointed forward so I can reach down, index my pointer finger near the tip of rounds, and feed it directly into my glock. My AR mags are rounds pointing backwards because when I reach down for it, I grip it with an upside-down beercan grip. That way when I bring it up to my AR, it flips from being rounds pointing backwards to rounds pointing forwards and feeds directly into the magwell. My understanding is this is the standard way to reload all ARs from the battle belt unless I’ve been taught wrong.
