- A Nigerian scammer tried to get me to send him my camera by making me think I got paid. Instead, I paid a company to send him a box of horse poop.

Of course European and African countries update their shipping, it's just that the systems and or companies between countries are often not compatible with eachother. I can ship anything within Europe and follow it from door to door through any country.

I had a really boring job in the early 2010s but had computer access. I spent way too much time sending Craigslist scammers envelopes with a poopy Kleenex inside. A few got so furious and made such insane threats that I began to wonder if my days were numbered. Nothing ever happened though.

David Smith you do know these scammers are not doing this because they like it, its because they have no choice they need to make a living, their trying to do anything they can to support themselves and their family. I know this is wrong thing to do but if you actually sent the scammer 20$ he would of thanked you and maybe explained his situation to you and gratitude and it would be going towards a good cause.
