I feel like Krillin should get his own movie since he’s Goku’s best friend and has been around since nearly the beginning. Not to mention he is one of, if not the strongest human (not counting Androids). I think he really has earned himself a movie. And if not a movie at least some sort of 45-min special. They could always do the same thing they did for Piccolo with him and let him get a transformation from the Dragon Balls. That way, he’s caught up with everyone

I'd love a movie with only humans - there's some kind of threat but Krillin, Tien, Yamcha and Roshi are the only Z-Fighters currently on Earth. And they get their own transformations/ultimate forms like Gohan and Piccolo in Super Hero.
That would be nice but they'd have to find a good enough reason, plausible enough, to have Piccolo and Gohan not be on earth, and I'd find it very hard to believe, even after Super Hero, that Gohan or Piccolo would be training on Beerus's planet
Android 18 and 17 should get their own movie to explain their origins. Maybe we could get a glimpse of what 17's family is compared to his childhood home.
This. Ten times this. Was curious about 17s family since they got mentioned, like how dare they leave us hanging so long. Plus after they made epic wise warrior vegeta a generic tsundere once again stuck with pride and number one, 17 and 18 are the coolest around. So much potential.
What it could be about is why the two act very, i dont know, monotone? During the TOP, 17 is trying to understand the idea of being human, and maybe their backstory is the reason behind that. As they live their daily lives, they have flashbacks of what happened, and all the while, they are fighting a new threat, one that was also created by the RRA, and by the end of the movie, they come to terms with what and who they are.
Honestly, bringing back Tapion for Trunks and GT's ladykiller persona for Goten would be great ways to keep them afloat. It'd give them some maturity to grapple with as they train and try to figure out what's important in life. If they did that, then I'd love to see Gotenks during the final climax. That could be a great way to solidify their growth. Make their fusion cool and slick for once rather than...random and annoying lol.
I would like a movie on Tiens alien origins, its already been put out there that Tien isn't technically fully human so I think a story about Tiens race and how Tien ended up on earth would be good way to set up a future villain.
I'd love to see Bardock x Gine movie where they go on an adventure with slight romantic feel in the background. Of course, it may requires changing Gine slightly into someone who doesn't have Saiyan love for conquer and viciousness but still has their love for fight and rivalry, but only for the joy of it (like Goku).
Definitely would like to see a movie about Bardock and Gine, especially if it showed how they genuinely fell in love which led to the births of Raditz and Goku.
So it would sort of be a parallel of that whole filler arc in the original Dragon Ball that was dedicated to Goku and Chi-Chi getting married. Speaking of which, why the hell didn't they do that for Gohan and Videl?! We got to see his parents get hitched in the original, so what was stopping them from doing the same thing with them?!
I disagree but I respect your opinion. I think making bardock and gine movie or even an arc is a bad idea because they have a bad reputation. Many fans including myself don't like the dragon ball minus that they adapted in dragon ball super broly and for obvious reasons of course. So I don't think it do well at the box office to me personally. But I'm glad you find some enjoyment with these two characters.
I would like to see one on the backstories of the Ginyu Force, like how they met, their childhoods, how they got involved with the Freeza Force, Jeice’s history with Sauza, why Bonyu joined, things like that.
I think an Android 18 movie can work, as like a smaller movie with Krillin, 17 and such. Would be nice to explain more about their backstory and do a bit more with them. This doesn't even have to take place in the modern era, it could take place also in the 7 years time skip from Cell Saga to the Buu Saga or the 4 year skip between Buu Saga to DBS

Zalama, Beerus, and especially Gine are among those that I would like to see a movie about, or even a special. A movie about Roshi would definitely interesting, but I think we've seen plenty of Roshi's past in the original dragonball, and we don't necessarily need to know more. Tarble definitely needs more attention, especially since he's been forgotten like Raditz, only it's worse for Tarble because he's still alive.
A short about master Roshi, Grandpa Gohan and the Ox King would be nice. Have it centre around a conflict between the Crane and Turtle Hermit schools competing in the World Martial Arts tournament.
I've been thinking about a Horror story set when 17 and 18 were pre augmented delinquents still going to high school and they notice they're friends and other students mysteriously disappearing one by one and the siblings are stalked by an abductor who turns out to be one of Dr. Gero's androids kidnapping people to be used for experiments.
Ngl: I want a movie about tien. I mean this guy was a prodigy, he was basically the og evil goku by being raised by master shen, he was goku's rival, and his shoulders were bigger than goku's power ups. And there's so much you could do with him, like him obtaining ultimate, train with master roshi to get his buff form, or even awaken his own super form due to his alien heritage. Also a movie about young grandpa gohan would be great.

I’ve always wanted an arc where Oopa realizes his friends hav gotten strong enough and hang out on the lookout above enough that korrin tower is protected enough for him to take a break as defender. Imagine him following Goku’s footsteps and climbing to meet korrin. And later up to the lookout to train. He and his family’s legacy as defenders hav been passed up. If he meets an actual threat these days, he needs to be stronger. It would be great to see him catch up a bit.
I think Krillin and 18 should get their own because the world needs to know what happen to them after Gohan defeat Cell and how they got married. The creator had tried to put in Krillin and 18's Wedding on Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods but changed to Bulma's Birthday to leave it to our imagination
For a dbz movie I would love to see a bulma film. When it comes to og dragonball, bulma was second fiddle; and has been the mvp of the z team times over. A film with the good doctor could see her and the other mothers of dragon ball tackle a disgruntled 21.
A Raditz and Nappa movie would be perfect, showing Nappa's childhood, and maybe that before being in Vegeta's group, Raditz was a sweeter and friendlier Saiyan, but Vegeta's influence (and maybe Nappa's) would make you colder and bitter, maybe showing that before from living with Vegeta, he really loved the idea of having a brother, but after that and seeing Kakarot's power, he would be disappointed, and it would show more of Vegeta's past btw
I do believe its true, that proactive stance will help gohan's marriage. But i also believe its shoehorning him into that. Id rather fail by beeing myself, true to myself, than win by forced change of who i am.
Krillin, Yamcha, Tien and Chioutzu movie about them fighting against General Tao and his henchmen. Include more classic Dragon Ball characters like Monster Carrot, re-introduce Eighter aswell and just make it a huge classic Dragon Ball nostalgia trip with the humans getitng a lot of character development.
I personally think it would be cool if zalamer is basicly a teen dad to Zeno and has just been traveling the omniverse or whatever multiple mulitversws is called
A movie or OVA set entirely in Universe 6 would be amazing. Show more of Sadala and the more heroic saiyans, show more of Hit actually being an assassin and the criminal underworld, the Namekians post ToP, things to actually flesh out Universe 6 and make it different from Universe 7.
Really dig these ideas Masako! I was thinking the same thing about a Master Roshi based movie, it'd be great to see the events that eventually lead up to him meeting Goku. An Android 17 & 18 movie sounds good too, but you gotta include the Krill-dog in it too, and hey, even an appearance by 17's family! As for Yamcha, you could even have that movie set in the present where he comes across some kid with high potential and takes him/her under his wing as a student, just a thought!
Maybe a movie about how King Kai before he was King Kai detailing how he created the Kaioken and Sprit Bomb, how he met Bubbles and Gregory and just show us stuff about the Kais in general
I've been saying about this Young Roshi movie for years. A Nameless Namekian movie would also be interesting. With all former villains returning somehow I think the Crane School needs to return especially with Tien having his own dojo and being it's ''successor''. I don't think Tao and his brother would be doing nothing all those years.
I think it’d be interesting to see movies based on the other universes introduced in Super. Probably start with 6, since it is the closest to what is already familiar. Get to know these new characters.
Lot of orgin story's here, there all good ideas, and while I don't feel like all of them could work for a full length moive, an idea could be to do it like avatar did with the episode, tales of ba sing se (or however you spell it) where within the moive they have there own little story's in it and adventures to put more lore and character into certain parts and expand things, like go to something like the androids origins as humans to androids and show a bit of an end part, then go to yamcha in the desert trying to survive, and others you mentioned, maybe even something with whis as he waits for beerus to wake as a bit of comedy, not all the ideas you mentioned work for that but I think that could potentially please a good bit of people considering I doubt they make one stand alone story's for all these characters, was just an idea popped up.
I know a lot of these are set in the past, but I wouldn't mind having a movie about Tarble's past. His limited time on Planet Vegtea, what his childhood was like and what got up to during that time, and how'd end up meeting Gure.
Definitely looking forward to seeing more about Kai's, the Androids, the Frieza race even, and where on Earth hell and heaven actually is and what backstory they may have for it.

Honestly I hope that rumoured upcoming web series is about Bardock's life. It be really cool to see a 12 episode series about a specific character. I think they could do something really interesting with him showing a lot of saiyan society as well as Bardock going from a more savage bardock special version of him into his DBS version. Seeing Gine and a new version of Bardock's squad would be really interesting maybe we could even learn more about the Saiyan myths and legends.
Hit really, and I mean really, needs his own movie. The dude has the most story potential of all Super characters. For example, where did he learn Timeskip, who else was in his life, are there more assassins like him, and what about his adaptation? Did he have at least 1 person to connect with that taught him about the Real World? etc Note: This is definitely not me begging Toei or Toriyama to expand upon Hit because of how much he was sidelined after the U6 vs U7 tournament, being one of the coolest characters in Dragon Ball Super. Nope, not at all
same. Honestly, hit was a better jiren and idk why they sidelined him so much. Like literally just say he trained with vados and improved his physical power along with his time skip. He already had insane potential like broly. Also, I would love a hit backstory movie or even a aftermovie, with him training with vados to become stronger after his embarrassing defeat by jiren in the ToP.
A good backdrop for the Gine movie would be when the Saiyans first arrived and eventually conquered Planet Plant, erradicating the Tsufurians. It shows the brutal nature of the Saiyans we had from the Bardock special with a mix of what Minus gave us for a more balanced characterization.
The Trio of Nappa, Vegeta and Raditz is an obvious choice for a movie as something post-Planet Vegeta's destruction, adjusting to life being directly under Freiza's heel.
There can be some good ideas that you could do with her. Show her past or give her a story that boost her character development. But it basically depends if Suiesha and Toei will bank on it.
I think a Yamcha and Tien movie would be great. Krillin and Chiaotzu can also be there, but Yamcha and Tien would be the main focus. There could be a threat that's too low-level to bother the Saiyans with, because it would cause too much collateral damage. Maybe it has something to do with the Crane School.
I'd be up for a 17 & 18 vs Red Ribbon movie - depending on how it's handled. I certainly would not want yet another version of Cell. I'd want to explore their past and have them come to terms with it - give them closure or something (I dunno, I just would like characters to actually have a meaningful character arc and actual reasons to fight). I'd love to see more of their every day lives too. The lives they had before becoming Androids as well as the lives they've built now. I'd love to explore more forgotten characters too, like Videl. Back in the Buu saga she was working with the police. Why not explore that further and maybe have her work for them more after she leaves school. Moonlighting as a vigilante as she is bound by policies and procedures in her day job. Perhaps working double-shifts like this put a strain on her relationship with Gohan, who was also lost in his own work / studies. But with Videl needing Gohan's help/training to take on the final boss of the movie; it helped them reconnect. Could even be the catalyst giving Gohan the idea to write a book about ki control. Videl could've even help Krillin get a job with the police (since his resume isn't going to be that extensive). What if she was recruited by the Earth's army to train some elite "Super Soldiers" to help fight off the ever increasing amount of super beings. Perhaps they wanted Hercule to train them, but Videl went instead (either she intercepted the invite or he sent her as he was scared). I'd want to explore her breaking free from her father's shadow; earning a reputation for herself. Videl deserves so much more development. Yamcha's reawakening. Him final sick of being picked on and looked down on by his friends and allies - he returns to his roots. Yamcha returns to the harsh desert (maybe even on another planet) to toughen himself up again after many years of his superstar life-style and being pampered. It's not just a physical journey for him, but also a mental one where he must rediscover himself and reconnect with his inner beast / wolf! Personally, I'd make these spin-off series instead of movies.. A movie format is too limiting in terms of time and scope. For example: Piccolo's transformations should NOT have been granted by a wish. I want to see him be curious about his heritage (maybe even asked Dende about Namek). Have Piccolo return to Namek, reconnect with his people and learn what it truly means to be a Namekian. It could lead to him unlocking the memories of what actually happened on Namek during the great calamity that forced him to leave his home planet. This unlocking of memory could also be what unlocks his true power. The power of the Nameless Namekian. Piccolo and Kami's fusion finally becoming complete and showing it's true potential. I can't be the only one that wants to learn more about Namekians.

If 17 and 18 get their own movie or story they get transformations, maybe something in the vein of Android 13 or 21, Official updated super 17 and 18 forms? I also image maybe they had some of Cell's cells or nanobots what ever merge with them and gave them some kind of hidden unlockable potential and or form, maybe 17 and 18 from that resemble perfect Cell how 21 looks like Buu. Also by the same logic it would be fun to see Marron unlock hidden power in Bioandroid blood.

It's brought up here and there for flavor and explanation... but some backstory into it as a possible tie-in to more of Buu, and how Babidi and Dabura played into his resurrection while also fleshing out and setting up some more stuff for Otherworld and the Demon Realm in general would be interesting to me... perhaps as a stealth Towa origin story.
I would adore a human/android 18 focused movie. Maybe something slice-of-life-ish, that leads to one of the Budokai Tenkaichi. Give Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, and Android 18 the spotlight. I'd love to see Krillin, 18, and Maron be the cutest family.
A lot of good ideas here! Perhaps with Beerus the reason he looks like that is because he showed himself and his powers to ancient Egypt at one time, maybe saved them and in return they adorned him with their custom clothes and worshipped him as a god?
Dragonball: kanassa I would love to see that, how they are handling their desperate situation and the movie ending with the protagonist and his companions charging towards the oozaru squad
I would love if movies going forward focused on other aspects and characters through the series. There are so many characters and the universe is supposed to be massive - but it constantly feels like a small, small universe when the focus is always on the same two or three characters that also happen to be so powerful that they’re on par with those they shouldn’t be: celestial characters like angels and gods. I’m not a fan of that at all. But anyway, I love these ideas for movies! Random, but if there was a movie that focused on Gine and her family, for some reason I imagined Bardock’s crew re-envisioned as a parody of the cheers cast. I’m not sure why, but it feels like it fits!
I think it could also be an interesting idea to have an OVA or even a movie of Beerus visiting earth and causing the deifying of cats in Egyptian culture.
I don't know if this can carry a movie, but how about Videl helping Tien's martial arts school? In Super we see he's trying to teach people how to ki but not having much success, but Videl (who did mention she teaches martial arts briefly in super hero) learned how to fly from Gohan, and can act as a bridge between the Z fighters and ordinary humans. We can have cameos from young Pan and Mr. Satan, and maybe even have Gohan wear the Great Sayaman armor one more time. Maybe we can even have Mr. Satan learn how to fly from watching his daughter give Tien's class a lesson.
In the super manga, it's implied that Zalama IS the dragon of the super dragon balls. He is stated to be the dragon god and in the same quote (this is exposition all about the super dragon balls) it is stated that the dragon god appears when the balls are gathered together.
Tie a Beerus movie in with a Story of the Kais; covering the history and legacy of the godly realm. A story of demons, fruits, mortals and gods. Sounds kinda like DMCV.
Maybe it's just me, but I haven't felt the same about 18 since the end of the anime's run of the T.O.P. The fact that she questioned 17's judgement over wishing back SEVEN ERASED UNIVERSES instead of wishing for a cruise ship to carry his family on a luxury vacation made me cringe so hard... If Gero's grandson extended some sort of olive branch to right the wrongs his grandpa did by trying to revert them back into humans (by their own choice of course), I could see them saying no. However, 18 would probably say that she owes him money because of what Gero did 🙄
I could see a movie where Dr. Hedo rebuilds Android 21 from scratch to make the world a safer place and bases it off his grandmother. With him being into science and medicine with the briefs family, he'd want a piece of Majin buu since buu can heal and regenerate. He uses the piece of buu on Android 21 which makes 21 go from calm and loving into the hungry, glutton 21 in fighterz. The movie can end with hedo using medicine on 21 which makes her revert to Good Majin 21 in the end
I'd love for the non-Saiyans to get the Super Hero treatment, they deserve that much, but a movie for "Android" 18 alone or even both 17 & 18? That I am not so sure about, I reckon an ensemble movie about the B-team would be better.

Yeah, a Beerus movie would be fantastic, or even a special like with Bardock and Trunks. I think it would be interesting to see a much younger, innocent, and humble mortal Beerus before he became the cranky and entitled god we all know and love. ^^

I'd like just one movie that isn't over the top and can tell a good character story. Heck, you could make THE family movie where Gine, Bardock and Vegetas parents come back for a day, meet their family and hear all about their legacy. Gohan and Pan meeting Gine, Bardock sparing against Goku. Vegeta discussing what it meant to be a Prince and where things are now. There's potential.
@@thecod2345 exactly. He really did feel like just your average saiyan warrior, not some special case that shows mercy. Hell, if they went with his z version, then him saving granolah and beating gas would make more sense! He could have a vision of granolah saving goku or standing against frieza, and decides to protect him because of that, and when fighting gas, he subconsciously masters his future seeing powers to where he can see gas's attacks right before they happen, so he can keep dodging, kinda like ultra instinct.
Goten deserves a movie. He’s just pushed to the side for no reason, I always was a supporter of the Goten Black theory just because it put Goten back to main character status. He finally has something to do with the plot other than Trunks’ friend. Goten is one of my favourite characters who I think deserves a chance in the spotlight. Doesn’t even need to be just about him, won’t deny him and trunks do make a great duo when Trunks doesn’t just overshadow him Well it probably wouldn’t fit a movie, maybe a short Spin-Off/Special to give something to Goten
I want prequel movies, and two were already covered: Zalama, Beerus, Origins of the GP, but the one I want is a Nameless Namekian movie I want a prequel from The Nameless Namekian's story, meeting the Kami of the previous generation and see the return of the Makyans via Garlic. The Nameless Namekian's movie ending in tbe split, possibly after getting DKP laughs you get a flash forward: The modern day you see Garlic Jr. rise and possibly firshadiw a future movie or arc tbst involves these false demons. Beyond that, a Tien movie set post Super or post Cell but preBuu would be cool

Some ideas I had: I think a Goten and Trunks movie would be great. Give them a threat that they find out about and decide to take care of it themselves. Really get to know these two as individuals now that they're teens. Going of your 17 and 18 movie idea, I think that at some point in that movie, they should meet Eighter. I think it would be nice to have them meet and have 17 and 18 reminisce on their time with 16. I think a Ginyu Force movie would be pretty nice. To me, they came off as a mercenary team that's regularly contracted by Frieza. Show what they do when not on a mission for Frieza. Maybe have them be a bit more heroic
I would like to see Krillin as the main character of a movie, not slacking on any training, sparring with his wife on a daily basis, also showing a good husband and wife relationship and taking care of Maron possibly Krillin getting a transformation of his own; like Roshi's muscle form
honestly, I feel like krillin getting roshi's buff form is the best possible path for him. Like nobodies gonna say its an asspull, and its quite fitting for krillin to obtain roshi's final form, and he could even gain a height increase along with his muscle mass.

Roshi - seeing his journey to masterhood in a world before Goku was even born Beerus - seeing how he and his brother became Gods and why the GoDs hate him (i know the Manga tells us, but showing is better than telling and the anime/movies have yet to show us Universe 6 - would be nice to see Universe 6 deal with some all-powerful threat. like maybe Frost is looking for a way to get revenge on Vegeta & Frieza and unearths some sealed away monster that shouldn't be sealed, causing it to go on a rampage throughout Universe 6 Toppo - at first, i wanted to say Jiren but maybe a movie based around Jiren meeting the Pride Troopers after Toppo has joined, giving us the Destroyer Candidate's perspective Future Trunks - show us whether or not Trunks handles business in the new timeline similar to how he handled the Androids & Cell
A movie about Upa or Suno would be fire, but what I really want is a movie about master mutaito. Imagine him teaching roshi and shen and them then starting the turtle and crane school rivalries. Gohan and Ox king going on adventures with Roshi would be fire!
Goten and Trunks deserve their own movie. They have been shafted for far too long in favor of Goku, Vegeta and Gohan. They don't really have anything to do anymore and they don't do much outside of Gotenks who still doesn't do much. I want to see their rise in power and maybe some character growth, not just them in a cameo where they've grown a few inches and that being it.
Me personally, I would love to see a movie about Dr. Gero, not a movie about him making androids 16 17 and 18, but a movie explaining what he was like before he joined the RR and why he even joined to begin with. Maybe we could even see how Vomi and Gero met. Perhaps we could also see who the first androids were and how Gero managed to escape Goku's merciless wrath

I would like to see a movie about Launch. How her sneeze can turn her into a different person with different hair? What was she doing in DBZ? And a conclusion to her story in DBS.
A film focusing on the Androids would be my first pick but instead of Cell Max why not use 21 and maybe even bring back 16 like FighterZ but just par down the scope a smidgen. Next choice would be a full length Tram Bardock from Toriyama. His version of the anime team but must have Gine and Leak, and set it in the transition period of Cold/Freeza

I think he really has earned himself a movie. And if not a movie at least some sort of 45-min special. They could always do the same thing they did for Piccolo with him and let him get a transformation from the Dragon Balls. That way, he’s caught up with everyone

That would be nice but they'd have to find a good enough reason, plausible enough, to have Piccolo and Gohan not be on earth, and I'd find it very hard to believe, even after Super Hero, that Gohan or Piccolo would be training on Beerus's planet

This. Ten times this. Was curious about 17s family since they got mentioned, like how dare they leave us hanging so long. Plus after they made epic wise warrior vegeta a generic tsundere once again stuck with pride and number one, 17 and 18 are the coolest around. So much potential.
What it could be about is why the two act very, i dont know, monotone? During the TOP, 17 is trying to understand the idea of being human, and maybe their backstory is the reason behind that. As they live their daily lives, they have flashbacks of what happened, and all the while, they are fighting a new threat, one that was also created by the RRA, and by the end of the movie, they come to terms with what and who they are.
A movie about Goten and Trunks with NO FUSION (maybe at the end). They have to train and grow as individuals on screen
Honestly, bringing back Tapion for Trunks and GT's ladykiller persona for Goten would be great ways to keep them afloat. It'd give them some maturity to grapple with as they train and try to figure out what's important in life.
If they did that, then I'd love to see Gotenks during the final climax. That could be a great way to solidify their growth. Make their fusion cool and slick for once rather than...random and annoying lol.
I would like a movie on Tiens alien origins, its already been put out there that Tien isn't technically fully human so I think a story about Tiens race and how Tien ended up on earth would be good way to set up a future villain.

I'd love to see Bardock x Gine movie where they go on an adventure with slight romantic feel in the background. Of course, it may requires changing Gine slightly into someone who doesn't have Saiyan love for conquer and viciousness but still has their love for fight and rivalry, but only for the joy of it (like Goku).
Definitely would like to see a movie about Bardock and Gine, especially if it showed how they genuinely fell in love which led to the births of Raditz and Goku.

I disagree but I respect your opinion. I think making bardock and gine movie or even an arc is a bad idea because they have a bad reputation. Many fans including myself don't like the dragon ball minus that they adapted in dragon ball super broly and for obvious reasons of course. So I don't think it do well at the box office to me personally. But I'm glad you find some enjoyment with these two characters.
I would like to see one on the backstories of the Ginyu Force, like how they met, their childhoods, how they got involved with the Freeza Force, Jeice’s history with Sauza, why Bonyu joined, things like that.
I think an Android 18 movie can work, as like a smaller movie with Krillin, 17 and such. Would be nice to explain more about their backstory and do a bit more with them. This doesn't even have to take place in the modern era, it could take place also in the 7 years time skip from Cell Saga to the Buu Saga or the 4 year skip between Buu Saga to DBS

Zalama, Beerus, and especially Gine are among those that I would like to see a movie about, or even a special. A movie about Roshi would definitely interesting, but I think we've seen plenty of Roshi's past in the original dragonball, and we don't necessarily need to know more. Tarble definitely needs more attention, especially since he's been forgotten like Raditz, only it's worse for Tarble because he's still alive.

I've been thinking about a Horror story set when 17 and 18 were pre augmented delinquents still going to high school and they notice they're friends and other students mysteriously disappearing one by one and the siblings are stalked by an abductor who turns out to be one of Dr. Gero's androids kidnapping people to be used for experiments.
Tien learning the kioken and saying "how's it for someone else to steal your technique" is all I want. It doesn't even have to be a human based story.

- Bibidi Babidi Buu and the Kais: They can even expound upon Babidi's recruitment of Dabura and Spopovich
- The story of Yamoshi:
- Mini episodes of the characters' origins that Goku encountered during the Otherworld Tournament Arc.
- Story of Olibu: One of King Kai's earlier students

- U6 Saiyans backstory: This one is probably been requested numerous times as of writing this
- The story of the Cold Family's Dynasty: Not my preference but for those that are fans of Frieza, King Cold, and all of the memorable underlings of Frieza. How the Ginyu force came to be. And to even possibly expound on Cooler, thus possibly making him canon.

Whoever's in charge of the Dragonball anime probably could do is something akin to how the Pokemon anime did their characters not named Ash Ketchum in the form of Pokemon Chronicles. A Dragonball Chronicles sort of show.
I’ve always wanted an arc where Oopa realizes his friends hav gotten strong enough and hang out on the lookout above enough that korrin tower is protected enough for him to take a break as defender. Imagine him following Goku’s footsteps and climbing to meet korrin. And later up to the lookout to train. He and his family’s legacy as defenders hav been passed up. If he meets an actual threat these days, he needs to be stronger. It would be great to see him catch up a bit.
A movie on hit would be amazing , showing one of his missions and his backstory of how he became an assassin
I think Krillin and 18 should get their own because the world needs to know what happen to them after Gohan defeat Cell and how they got married. The creator had tried to put in Krillin and 18's Wedding on Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods but changed to Bulma's Birthday to leave it to our imagination
For a dbz movie I would love to see a bulma film. When it comes to og dragonball, bulma was second fiddle; and has been the mvp of the z team times over. A film with the good doctor could see her and the other mothers of dragon ball tackle a disgruntled 21.
A Raditz and Nappa movie would be perfect, showing Nappa's childhood, and maybe that before being in Vegeta's group, Raditz was a sweeter and friendlier Saiyan, but Vegeta's influence (and maybe Nappa's) would make you colder and bitter, maybe showing that before from living with Vegeta, he really loved the idea of having a brother, but after that and seeing Kakarot's power, he would be disappointed, and it would show more of Vegeta's past btw
Chichi and Videl need a story. They could call it something like Legend of the Ox Queen and finally go about giving humans a power up.

Krillin, Yamcha, Tien and Chioutzu movie about them fighting against General Tao and his henchmen. Include more classic Dragon Ball characters like Monster Carrot, re-introduce Eighter aswell and just make it a huge classic Dragon Ball nostalgia trip with the humans getitng a lot of character development.

A movie or OVA set entirely in Universe 6 would be amazing. Show more of Sadala and the more heroic saiyans, show more of Hit actually being an assassin and the criminal underworld, the Namekians post ToP, things to actually flesh out Universe 6 and make it different from Universe 7.
Really dig these ideas Masako! I was thinking the same thing about a Master Roshi based movie, it'd be great to see the events that eventually lead up to him meeting Goku. An Android 17 & 18 movie sounds good too, but you gotta include the Krill-dog in it too, and hey, even an appearance by 17's family! As for Yamcha, you could even have that movie set in the present where he comes across some kid with high potential and takes him/her under his wing as a student, just a thought!

I've been saying about this Young Roshi movie for years. A Nameless Namekian movie would also be interesting. With all former villains returning somehow I think the Crane School needs to return especially with Tien having his own dojo and being it's ''successor''. I think it’d be interesting to see movies based on the other universes introduced in Super. Probably start with 6, since it is the closest to what is already familiar. Get to know these new characters.
A frieza movie about him growing up. See if he was always callous and evil or if his species was like that.
Lot of orgin story's here, there all good ideas, and while I don't feel like all of them could work for a full length moive, an idea could be to do it like avatar did with the episode, tales of ba sing se (or however you spell it) where within the moive they have there own little story's in it and adventures to put more lore and character into certain parts and expand things, like go to something like the androids origins as humans to androids and show a bit of an end part, then go to yamcha in the desert trying to survive, and others you mentioned, maybe even something with whis as he waits for beerus to wake as a bit of comedy, not all the ideas you mentioned work for that but I think that could potentially please a good bit of people considering I doubt they make one stand alone story's for all these characters, was just an idea popped up.
I know a lot of these are set in the past, but I wouldn't mind having a movie about Tarble's past. His limited time on Planet Vegtea, what his childhood was like and what got up to during that time, and how'd end up meeting Gure.
Launch and the Pilaf Gang deserves their own series.

Honestly I hope that rumoured upcoming web series is about Bardock's life. It be really cool to see a 12 episode series about a specific character. I think they could do something really interesting with him showing a lot of saiyan society as well as Bardock going from a more savage bardock special version of him into his DBS version. Seeing Gine and a new version of Bardock's squad would be really interesting maybe we could even learn more about the Saiyan myths and legends.
Hit really, and I mean really, needs his own movie. The dude has the most story potential of all Super characters. For example, where did he learn Timeskip, who else was in his life, are there more assassins like him, and what about his adaptation? Did he have at least 1 person to connect with that taught him about the Real World? etc

A good backdrop for the Gine movie would be when the Saiyans first arrived and eventually conquered Planet Plant, erradicating the Tsufurians. It shows the brutal nature of the Saiyans we had from the Bardock special with a mix of what Minus gave us for a more balanced characterization.

The Trio of Nappa, Vegeta and Raditz is an obvious choice for a movie as something post-Planet Vegeta's destruction, adjusting to life being directly under Freiza's heel.
There can be some good ideas that you could do with her. Show her past or give her a story that boost her character development. But it basically depends if Suiesha and Toei will bank on it.

I think a Yamcha and Tien movie would be great. Krillin and Chiaotzu can also be there, but Yamcha and Tien would be the main focus. There could be a threat that's too low-level to bother the Saiyans with, because it would cause too much collateral damage. Maybe it has something to do with the Crane School.
I'd be up for a 17 & 18 vs Red Ribbon movie - depending on how it's handled. I certainly would not want yet another version of Cell. I'd want to explore their past and have them come to terms with it - give them closure or something (I dunno, I just would like characters to actually have a meaningful character arc and actual reasons to fight). I'd love to see more of their every day lives too. The lives they had before becoming Androids as well as the lives they've built now.
I'd love to explore more forgotten characters too, like Videl. Back in the Buu saga she was working with the police. Why not explore that further and maybe have her work for them more after she leaves school. Moonlighting as a vigilante as she is bound by policies and procedures in her day job. Perhaps working double-shifts like this put a strain on her relationship with Gohan, who was also lost in his own work / studies. But with Videl needing Gohan's help/training to take on the final boss of the movie; it helped them reconnect. Could even be the catalyst giving Gohan the idea to write a book about ki control. Videl could've even help Krillin get a job with the police (since his resume isn't going to be that extensive).
What if she was recruited by the Earth's army to train some elite "Super Soldiers" to help fight off the ever increasing amount of super beings. Perhaps they wanted Hercule to train them, but Videl went instead (either she intercepted the invite or he sent her as he was scared). I'd want to explore her breaking free from her father's shadow; earning a reputation for herself. Videl deserves so much more development.
Yamcha's reawakening. Him final sick of being picked on and looked down on by his friends and allies - he returns to his roots. Yamcha returns to the harsh desert (maybe even on another planet) to toughen himself up again after many years of his superstar life-style and being pampered. It's not just a physical journey for him, but also a mental one where he must rediscover himself and reconnect with his inner beast / wolf!
Personally, I'd make these spin-off series instead of movies.. A movie format is too limiting in terms of time and scope. For example: Piccolo's transformations should NOT have been granted by a wish. I want to see him be curious about his heritage (maybe even asked Dende about Namek). Have Piccolo return to Namek, reconnect with his people and learn what it truly means to be a Namekian. It could lead to him unlocking the memories of what actually happened on Namek during the great calamity that forced him to leave his home planet. This unlocking of memory could also be what unlocks his true power. The power of the Nameless Namekian. Piccolo and Kami's fusion finally becoming complete and showing it's true potential. I can't be the only one that wants to learn more about Namekians.
I want to see the origins of the Frieza Force. If not that, then a Ginyu Force movie.

It's brought up here and there for flavor and explanation... but some backstory into it as a possible tie-in to more of Buu, and how Babidi and Dabura played into his resurrection while also fleshing out and setting up some more stuff for Otherworld and the Demon Realm in general would be interesting to me... perhaps as a stealth Towa origin story.
I would adore a human/android 18 focused movie. Maybe something slice-of-life-ish, that leads to one of the Budokai Tenkaichi. Give Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, and Android 18 the spotlight. I'd love to see Krillin, 18, and Maron be the cutest family.
A lot of good ideas here! Perhaps with Beerus the reason he looks like that is because he showed himself and his powers to ancient Egypt at one time, maybe saved them and in return they adorned him with their custom clothes and worshipped him as a god?

I would love if movies going forward focused on other aspects and characters through the series. There are so many characters and the universe is supposed to be massive - but it constantly feels like a small, small universe when the focus is always on the same two or three characters that also happen to be so powerful that they’re on par with those they shouldn’t be: celestial characters like angels and gods. I’m not a fan of that at all.
But anyway, I love these ideas for movies! Random, but if there was a movie that focused on Gine and her family, for some reason I imagined Bardock’s crew re-envisioned as a parody of the cheers cast. I’m not sure why, but it feels like it fits!

I don't know if this can carry a movie, but how about Videl helping Tien's martial arts school? In Super we see he's trying to teach people how to ki but not having much success, but Videl (who did mention she teaches martial arts briefly in super hero) learned how to fly from Gohan, and can act as a bridge between the Z fighters and ordinary humans. We can have cameos from young Pan and Mr. Satan, and maybe even have Gohan wear the Great Sayaman armor one more time. Maybe we can even have Mr. Satan learn how to fly from watching his daughter give Tien's class a lesson.
In the super manga, it's implied that Zalama IS the dragon of the super dragon balls. He is stated to be the dragon god and in the same quote (this is exposition all about the super dragon balls) it is stated that the dragon god appears when the balls are gathered together.

Maybe it's just me, but I haven't felt the same about 18 since the end of the anime's run of the T.O.P. The fact that she questioned 17's judgement over wishing back SEVEN ERASED UNIVERSES instead of wishing for a cruise ship to carry his family on a luxury vacation made me cringe so hard...
If Gero's grandson extended some sort of olive branch to right the wrongs his grandpa did by trying to revert them back into humans (by their own choice of course), I could see them saying no. However, 18 would probably say that she owes him money because of what Gero did 🙄
Buu is one of the mosy entretaining and funny characters, and has some unique abilities, i would love a movie about him.
I could see a movie where Dr. Hedo rebuilds Android 21 from scratch to make the world a safer place and bases it off his grandmother.
With him being into science and medicine with the briefs family, he'd want a piece of Majin buu since buu can heal and regenerate.
He uses the piece of buu on Android 21 which makes 21 go from calm and loving into the hungry, glutton 21 in fighterz. The movie can end with hedo using medicine on 21 which makes her revert to Good Majin 21 in the end
I'd love for the non-Saiyans to get the Super Hero treatment, they deserve that much, but a movie for "Android" 18 alone or even both 17 & 18? That I am not so sure about, I reckon an ensemble movie about the B-team would be better.
Idea: tarbel comes to earthonly wanting to meet his brother, famliy, and friends. And to train with vegta. And his been training since he was first cast out bye his father the king. So he's gone down a diffrent path. One broly could go down. SUPER SAYIAN 4

Yeah, a Beerus movie would be fantastic, or even a special like with Bardock and Trunks. I think it would be interesting to see a much younger, innocent, and humble mortal Beerus before he became the cranky and entitled god we all know and love. ^^

Heck, you could make THE family movie where Gine, Bardock and Vegetas parents come back for a day, meet their family and hear all about their legacy.

He really did feel like just your average saiyan warrior, not some special case that shows mercy.
Hell, if they went with his z version, then him saving granolah and beating gas would make more sense!
He could have a vision of granolah saving goku or standing against frieza, and decides to protect him because of that, and when fighting gas, he subconsciously masters his future seeing powers to where he can see gas's attacks right before they happen, so he can keep dodging, kinda like ultra instinct.
Goten deserves a movie. He’s just pushed to the side for no reason, I always was a supporter of the Goten Black theory just because it put Goten back to main character status. He finally has something to do with the plot other than Trunks’ friend. Goten is one of my favourite characters who I think deserves a chance in the spotlight. Doesn’t even need to be just about him, won’t deny him and trunks do make a great duo when Trunks doesn’t just overshadow him
Well it probably wouldn’t fit a movie, maybe a short Spin-Off/Special to give something to Goten
I want prequel movies, and two were already covered: Zalama, Beerus, Origins of the GP, but the one I want is a Nameless Namekian movie
I want a prequel from The Nameless Namekian's story, meeting the Kami of the previous generation and see the return of the Makyans via Garlic. The Nameless Namekian's movie ending in tbe split, possibly after getting DKP laughs you get a flash forward: The modern day you see Garlic Jr. rise and possibly firshadiw a future movie or arc tbst involves these false demons.
Beyond that, a Tien movie set post Super or post Cell but preBuu would be cool

Some ideas I had:
I think a Goten and Trunks movie would be great. Give them a threat that they find out about and decide to take care of it themselves. Really get to know these two as individuals now that they're teens.
Going of your 17 and 18 movie idea, I think that at some point in that movie, they should meet Eighter. I think it would be nice to have them meet and have 17 and 18 reminisce on their time with 16.
I think a Ginyu Force movie would be pretty nice. To me, they came off as a mercenary team that's regularly contracted by Frieza. Show what they do when not on a mission for Frieza. Maybe have them be a bit more heroic
I would like to see Krillin as the main character of a movie, not slacking on any training, sparring with his wife on a daily basis, also showing a good husband and wife relationship and taking care of Maron
possibly Krillin getting a transformation of his own; like Roshi's muscle form
honestly, I feel like krillin getting roshi's buff form is the best possible path for him.
Like nobodies gonna say its an asspull, and its quite fitting for krillin to obtain roshi's final form, and he could even gain a height increase along with his muscle mass.

I want goten and trunks to have a movie because they only got a bit of attention in Buu saga and not many people realize their potential like Goten for example he spared with chichi and got ssj2 imagine how op he could become if they gave him and trunks their own movie

Roshi - seeing his journey to masterhood in a world before Goku was even born
Beerus - seeing how he and his brother became Gods and why the GoDs hate him (i know the Manga tells us, but showing is better than telling and the anime/movies have yet to show us
Universe 6 - would be nice to see Universe 6 deal with some all-powerful threat. like maybe Frost is looking for a way to get revenge on Vegeta & Frieza and unearths some sealed away monster that shouldn't be sealed, causing it to go on a rampage throughout Universe 6
Toppo - at first, i wanted to say Jiren but maybe a movie based around Jiren meeting the Pride Troopers after Toppo has joined, giving us the Destroyer Candidate's perspective
Future Trunks - show us whether or not Trunks handles business in the new timeline similar to how he handled the Androids & Cell
A movie about Upa or Suno would be fire, but what I really want is a movie about master mutaito. Imagine him teaching roshi and shen and them then starting the turtle and crane school rivalries. Gohan and Ox king going on adventures with Roshi would be fire!
Goten and Trunks deserve their own movie. They have been shafted for far too long in favor of Goku, Vegeta and Gohan. They don't really have anything to do anymore and they don't do much outside of Gotenks who still doesn't do much. I want to see their rise in power and maybe some character growth, not just them in a cameo where they've grown a few inches and that being it.
Me personally, I would love to see a movie about Dr. Gero, not a movie about him making androids 16 17 and 18, but a movie explaining what he was like before he joined the RR and why he even joined to begin with. Maybe we could even see how Vomi and Gero met. Perhaps we could also see who the first androids were and how Gero managed to escape Goku's merciless wrath

A film focusing on the Androids would be my first pick but instead of Cell Max why not use 21 and maybe even bring back 16 like FighterZ but just par down the scope a smidgen. Next choice would be a full length Tram Bardock from Toriyama. His version of the anime team but must have Gine and Leak, and set it in the transition period of Cold/Freeza
