      I love how they have to zoom in on the person that's on the stand because everyone's just going to be paying attention to the expression on the judges face loool. I saw this picture and went "oooohhhh...." I feel bad for the judge because now she's like down her own rabbit hole. Maybe she should be on the stand for defamation against Infowars too.       They have gotten under the judges skin and caused the judge to do several things that will cause a re-trial with a different judge.
      Any answer given here would have been heresay and the Judge allowed the questions when the objections were valid and should have been sustained.

      No, and it won’t work here because Connecticut is less in his favor than Texas. In light of the fact Sandy Hook occurred here, it is worse for Alex. And then the plaintiff, meaning Alex, has to prove either he was right about the false flag or that nobody believed him. Because so many donated to him during that time, he cannot claim no one believed him.

      Contempt is a serious offense sometimes. But you make a point that it is on brand with him. What the court should do is state that any assets he receives for his defense or to pay off the claimants is only going to them and he cannot keep any donations until the full amount is paid to each family.

At that time people everywhere would be talking about what had been on the show all week after it aired. Everybody in America knew the names of every cast members, and had favorite characters they played. Now most people don't know it's still on , and they couldn't pick any of the cast out of a lineup. 95% of the SNL subscribers subscribed when RUclips started. 95% no longer watch the videos any of the RUclips videos, and most that do are watching the classics with the original cast.

    Can we get a count on how many of the defenses objections are sustained in this case? In the last Jones show trial it was basically zero.

      I’ve watched the whole trial and I’d say at least 1/3 of defense objections have been sustained. But this isn’t a reliable measure of ‘bias’ of a judge. Sometimes it’s just a reflection of bad lawyering.

      This lawyer is much better and I've seen a fair number go his way. Also, the plaintiff's lawyer often just rephrases before the judge can rule so it becomes moot. He seems to know that he's out of line sometimes.

For example if a lawyer just straight up started to say death threats to a witness you probably can just get away with objection without needing to state the obvious

      @@thejdhe7681 false, objections need to have a legal basis, period, this is basic legal 101, this judge is leaving this case wide open for appeal then she's going to go back and insert a legal basis for each objection on behalf of the prosecution during appeal, probably because she already knows the appeals court is rigged and biased against Jones as well, that's against the rules.. that's not how it works, but since it's Alex Jones he doesn't get to have his constitutional rights and the court doesn't have to follow the rules

      YES!! although to be fair, a judge is still a human being and there is a limit to what even a super human could control emotionally. that's the whole point...show on record the judge emotionally rattled and pounce. won't get the judge in trouble unless their ego is bigger than their commitment to their oath.       A defendents view of the judge when it blantelny obvious how the judge feels about the case should not hold any emotional bearing on how the judge rules. Judges should basically rule off the facts of the case and the letter of the law. Unless the persons actions is so egregious and disrespectful to the court and the case, or steers away the ruling of what should be a just decision ( ie bribery or threats of any kind) who cares?

      All systems and all people have deficiencies. The important factor in the justice system is that it provides protection for the vast majority of the population most of the time. The reason America has confidence in our justice system is because we see most criminals punished appropriately, although not always in a timely manner, e.g., DJT.

      @@kinvert it's going to get Jones a contempt charge and jail time for no reason. Her bias now has no affect on the actual trial as Jones has already been found guilty. This proceeding is to determine how liable he is financially to the plaintiffs and that decision rests with the jury. Does the image look good or bad to the jury is the real question. If the jury verdict determines financial liability or not, that alone will determine if Jones needs to appeal.

      @@kinvert you do know a judgement has been rendered that he is guilty? Being delusional like Jonesy does not fix the situation he created and keeps making worse. Again, the judge does not decide his financial obligation in this matter its the jury. As for whether she was biased in issuing the summary judgement, that's for the appeal court to decide. However the 13 lawyers in 4 years stall tactic in combination with blatantly flauting ever court procedure will play a big role in his failure or success on appeal. Ultimately, he chose not to have a proper trial when he was evasive with disclosure many times. Fair is fair both sides have to reveal their evidence so they can prepare but Jones tried to game the system. He's not even straight with his financial disclosures and holdings. So, yeah you can LMAO at all that.

    Jones should win an academy award for dedication to the craft of acting. He has created a personna his followers believe in and he cannot sway from it for a second to save his hide in court. Its all because of all the cash he'll lose out on when he has to beg for help to appeal or pay the judgements if his disciples see him as a beta male or realize his con.
