@@cheriep1e I reduced from 40 to 38 waist size and still going on. Diet is normal meals and yes I do have oily Street food but in proportion. After workout, hydrate yourself properly. Also another thing that helped me with this workout in reducing waist is uphill climbing. If u have a slope near you try walking up and down. Hope this helps 😊. Share ur experience after you reach ur goal

I'm glad you mention it. Strengthening your lower back is really important since it will take the pressure off other parts of the body that kick in when the back is not well trained. Especially since many of us sit the entire day while at work.
I have combined 3 exercises.. 2 lower back and 1 waist.. (1 back and 1 waist videos is hers) Day 4 : I'm seeing some visible results 🥹 Day 7 : in love with it..
