    I am doing this from 25 days and I don't even know how to express the effectiveness of these workouts. Anyone who is hesitating, please try atleast for 10 days and then see yourself in mirror. You will love the new YOU ✨.. Thanks a lot Susan 💗

      If you’re comfortable can you share how much you lost in that time? and did you change your diet? how many sets a day???

      ​​@@cheriep1e I reduced from 40 to 38 waist size and still going on. Diet is normal meals and yes I do have oily Street food but in proportion. After workout, hydrate yourself properly. Also another thing that helped me with this workout in reducing waist is uphill climbing. If u have a slope near you try walking up and down. Hope this helps 😊. Share ur experience after you reach ur goal

    i remember a few years back i watched these lower back fat and smaller waist videos and they helped me so much, i did these videos three times each day, i can update if ppl would like!

    I have started this workout today..I hope it will eliminate my back fat.i feel very jnsecure about it.i really loved this workout. As a beginner I find it quiet doable..though these exercises are simple..they did targeted the back area..and I could feel it

      I'm glad you mention it. Strengthening your lower back is really important since it will take the pressure off other parts of the body that kick in when the back is not well trained. Especially since many of us sit the entire day while at work.

    Hola.susana cual de tus calendario me recomiendas por que tengo ostro artritis en las rodiyas y me duelen mucho o ses no puedo.brincar y me urge bajar de peso y bajar el abdomen que no quiere reducir gracias.y en dolares cuanto es y tendras la especial.de los tres calendarios gracias
