Yum! Hint....You can use Chia seeds rather than Pectin to firm up jams and jellies. Super nutritious.
LOL...."My kitchen looks like a bomb went off". Hell, that guy throwing the grenades follows me ALL thru MY house! Everything's clean, but 'organization' hasn't been a priority for decades. (It's just myself living in 3 times the space I need so one can imagine). But, in my own defense, I DO know where everything is. God I love being a bachelor.
