You make it look easy.lol
I think I can smell it from here it looks so good☺
Beautiful video praying for you and all the children!
Love your videos!
We love your style, spirit, and personality. Boring would never be used to describe your videos.
These are beautiful! Yes preserves are a bit thinner in consistency. But that's their nature. But, the only additive is sugar or sweetener of choice. Simple three ingredients... Fruit, water and sweetener! No pectin needed and that's great if it's not in your pantry. You can still make these scrumptious preserves! More economical and to me much easier! Then boil it down and can it up and water bath! My favorite of all time is pear preserves!!! My favorite sense I was a little child! I love your passion for canning! You are so good at it and it's in your heart! It's in mine too! Great video! You got it girly! ❤️💙🍒🍇💜
Heather, OMGRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! Sister, I could almost smell this cooking!!!!!!!!! Wow, gorgeous preserves! I have had days off at work and I am making this today!!!!!!!!!!!! Yummy!!!!!!
Hi my favorite You Tuber, You lower my blood pressure, I love to listen to you while you cook in your kitchen. You have a soothing way of talking. You also inspire me, Heather. I'll bet your kitchen smells awesome with all of that jam cooking. Tfs, Love you. Have a sweet day.
Debora, you have me blushing now! hahahaha THANK YOU! And OMG girl, it smelled like a triple berry yankee candle up in here! hahahaha i need to make preserves every day!
I would love that over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Oh my making me hungry!
You do realise that now you're going to have to make scones with lashings of that preserve and clotted cream. It's the right way to go :) Enjoy and thanks for the video.
OH MAN!!! That REALLY looks GOOD!!! :-D!!!
its amazing! i need to make more preserves! hahaha
And I need to make my FIRST batch!!! LOLOL! Can't wait!!!

Yummy on my list to try. 😋
Girl you are a whiz at canning and I loved this it looks delicious. I would be a newbie but I am not confident at doing this so I'll leave the canning up to the experts 😬😜 xo
+FitAngie girl you could make a small batch of this and keep it in the fridge or freezer!
The Kneady Homesteader you know I’ve been thinking of making a small amount just to see if I can do it and I probably will when I get a chance. Hope it works though 😕
Love your idea of using this in sparkling water! I agree about keeping the pretty canning jars for home or trusted people. We have a church thrift store close and they often have the really pretty jelly jars with the embossed fruit and sort of round-bellied shape. Makes me sad for whoever the original canner was but I give them a great home! Thank you for sharing your yummy project, Heather.
thanks for hangin out with me, sweet mama!
I’m thinking that would be so good spread on pancakes. 😋👍
YES!!!! or in a jelly roll for the holidays!
Hi, so humid and raining here. Wish for cool as air is still not fixed. Thank you as always for taking us along the canning journey! My T Fla pressure canner arrived today. Read my book. Now to get started canning! So excited ! Hugs pain warrior!
I am so glad I found you I love your videos. Thank you.
i love you Heather...blessings
I never use sugar amount. I use maybe half or quarter. I like to taste the berries and not sugar. Plus diabetics can enjoy too. I usually use sampler jars because any larger they would go bad. Thanking no preservatives. :)
I have got to try this!!!! So beautiful in the jars and I bet yummy too!!!
it is soooo phenomenal! i can not believe i have not made preserves before this! i could slap myself. hahaha
The Kneady Homesteader lol,now you can check that off the list as a success.Yay!!! I love when I have success in canning.
Looks so good
That looks absolutely scrumptious

Omg this looks delicious. I'm thinking I want to make a couple of special neighbors a canned gift basket this Thanksgiving & Christmas. I love using those frozen fruit & berries...in my smoothies too.
Great to see you canning again, sistah! Beautiful red tree out your window! MJ
awwww thanks MJ!!!!! xoxoxoxo
Heather, I bought the Ball back to the basics. I made the Mixed berry jam from it. It is delicious. I also love the book. Ball Canning: Back To the Basics, ( Jams, and jellies). Later i followed a recipe and used a half pint and made ice cream with it.
+Tdew DN sounds amazing!!!!! I have to look for those books!
Oh they look so pretty. I'm so making triple berry preserves now. ❤️
yes! i want to make more myself! haha
Just beautiful!!!
Oh! This could be used in so many recipes! Thinned out a little for syrup on pancakes! Or add it to oatmeal 😋 The possibility’s are endless!
yes!!!! i added a tablespoon to seltzer water last night, the kids went crazy for it! they do that at restaurants when you order those fizzy italian sodas or flavored iced teas and lemonades!
Add some vodka and you got a “boozy” drink lol 😂
I love your videos... you're such an inspiration to us busy mama's
Continuing to watch your playlist.
Preserves are my favorite of the spreads :)
i can not believe i have not made them sooner! LOL so easy! i need to make more now. pears or peaches!

Awesome! Excellent video! 😉😊😁
thank you, Shelly! :D
Looks really good. I like making preserves, I think the extra cooking time brings out the flavor of the fruit..... Now I want some triple berry preserves ;0)
IT DOES!!!!! reducing it in its own syrup, its just amazing!!!!! i need to find another preserve to make now! hahahaha
IKR !!!!!!!
I think I might give this a try this weekend! I got some giant 2 pound containers of strawberries and blueberries at Meijer on sale for $3 a piece. It’ll be my very first canning experience and I love the triple berry preserves. Wish me luck!
Thank you for all your videos I think I’ve falling in love with your channel
WOOHOO!!!!! I am so happy you are loving the content and hangin out with me over here! :D
Decided to give Wilhelms Kitchen a break and watch you make preserves! I have dark, sweet cherries dehydrating right now. We eat so much hot cereal in the winter and adding dehydrated fruit makes it more yummy!

Oh my hats off to you sweetie. Looks so pretty :)
thank you, Sharon!!!!! :D xoxox

That looks scrumdillyishus. I'm canning Brown sugar maple syrup tomorrow. Blessings.
ooooooooooooo!!!!!! :D
Have you ever made Mayhaw Jelly? This was my favorite jelly as a little girl that my grandma use to make. She has passed away and I never learned how to make this jelly from her and would love to learn. I have never canned anything before but this jelly is my reason to try.
I'm inspired! Next week I have a friend coming over to teach me to can apple butter and I think I will try your berry preserves preserves for my first attempt to can!
+Janine Johnson omgosh how fun!!!!! Apple and pear butters are phenomenal!!!! I make them in the slow cooker. Hahaha I can’t wait to hear how it goes. Come back and let me know!!!! I think you are going to love it and be hooked!
What's the difference between jam and preserves? I love your channel! Just found you recently.
Oh my gosh!!! I'm so happy you turned the camera on for this! I'm on the fence about canning things because what if I mess up and get someone sick?! But you make this look so easy! Thank you 😊
nah! just follow the instructions, you will do fantastic!!!!! and this is sooo easy! no timing, no pectin, no fuss!!!!! you would love this!
The Kneady Homesteader alright, maybe I'll buy some canning supplies 😊 I have so many big mason jars left from when I gave everyone a mason jar presents for holidays that it's ridiculous. I'll probably just stick to this recipe to start 😊
Great video Heather. Preserves are great to have in the pantry to mama!!! Hey Mama make those kiddos & Matt too some homemade pop-tarts with this preserve you made believe me its really good! XOXO Happy Canning

Watching n learning
Lovely. . . .It seems so clean around your space. How do you manage that? The combination of berries looks very tasty.

Another AWESOME video Miss Heather.... but honestly... all I could think of was homemade vanilla bean ice cream with your warm berry preserves... YUM.. LOL !!!
oh sweet mercy, that sounds amazing! i may need to treat the fam to that this weekend! hahaha OK, now i have to make a cobbler or something! hahahaha
I think this wound be delicious on just about anything. I thought of a cinnamon roll dough with this spread inside. As always a great visit.
i agree! so many fillings! i even put it in sparkling water last night! hahaha
Well done Heather. I got to try this . Looks yummy.
Heather, you always inspire me! I have some sweet cherries in the freezer because I am not sure how I want to cook them and can them. I never thought to mix other berries in with my cherries. I think that will be good. I might wait until you do it first.LOL I always appreciate when you take us along because I love to make new jams. I just have not lately because I am waiting for it to cool off a little more here. Thank you!----------Tressa Daigle
loving the Cajun music 🎻
hahahaha it is fun, isnt it?
My pleasure. I could hang out with you all day.
You should try fig preserves!!! They are so good with hot.biscuits! Or even buttered toast!
oh man!!!!!!!! i may have to! i love fig!!!!
I grew up eating fig preserves, having fig bushes in our yard. They won't grow that well here in the mountains, but we're trying to get some to take off here. Memories of my childhood, with Mom hanging pie plates on the branches to keep the birds away.
Omg! That gravy looks so good! I made Strawberry preserves for the very first time this year. I know ur allergic. Sorry, but they came out awesome.
i bet they did!!!!!! if i wasnt allergic, i would make jars and jars full! hahahaha
I just love your videos Miss Heather. I’m gonna try making this for my family. I have 8 pounds of strawberries 🍓 in the fridge to make strawberry jam or preserves. Wish me luck.
I am going to try this because pectin is definitely not my friend!
you will love this then, Nan! and honestly, without the pectin, and being reduced and cooked down, the flavor intensifies! and in its natural thickness, its just beautiful!
Oh my, those preserves look amazing! I need to use up my frozen berries and make some. I've never made preserves either. Thanks for an inspiring video!
hahahaha isnt that funny? there is a whole group of us canners, who never thought to make preserves yet! WOOHOO!
Hi absolutely great video I love the way you talk to us as if we're in the room right next to you , so inspiring I just love love love ur videos :)
Hey lovely 🌸 gee your preserves look lovely!!! 😻 I absolutely adore berries!! 💜 I’ve always wondered what the difference between jam n preserves were? Some of your jars are soo pretty too!
Loved hanging with you Marvellous Michigan Mama!! 💜💜💜 & well done with this latest mission!! 👍🏻 xx
hahaha thank you Adele! and I love you new avatar!!!!!
The Kneady Homesteader 😁xxx
Ps: I really liked your little musical insert when you were washing the jars...you are getting really clever madam🤗
I will be canning this recipe this week! Thanks!! Looks delicious!
girl, let me know what you think!!!!!
I love this !! So much fun it turned out perfect!!
+Sandy Ferrell it was!!!! And so easy!!!!
My first canning I missed the word “chilled” for the spoon test. Went to stick a knife in the jar the next day and it was rock hard, haha! Way over cooked! Wish I saw this video first, will definitely help out lots of beginners!
hahahaha those kinds of stories are the best though, because we all have them so we all can relate! hahaha
Heather what store did you find the with cherries ?Looking yummy .
Sam's Club. The bag says limited time only! It was on an end cap freezer :)
Triple berries sounds delicious. I canned up mix berries applesauce. Your preserves is next. Yummy
Thank you for sharing the goodness:)
oh that sounds so good!!!!!!!!
Looks great💗💗
thanks, Nana! :D
Heather, that looks absolutely amazing!🤗❤️
if you add some lemon juice the gel effect will be easier ... great video
really? how much should i add next time, Irene? :D
for 1 kg fruit you will need 1 soup spoon, that is how they do it in Italy and that is how I learned ... They also make their own pectine ... they don't buy it lol
Yes lemon juice or even apple for natural pectin if needed
Oh yummo! Have you ever made a triple berry pie? I love the raspberry because it cuts the sweetness.
Also I’m sure you could make this into a pie or cobbler. Instead of adding sugar combine with fresh or frozen berries and bake in a pie, dump cake or cobbler!
oh a cobbler sounds amazing! i added a tablespoon of this preserve in sparkling water! OMG! hahahaha SO GOOD!
The Kneady Homesteader that sounds amazing!!
Ruthie great idea! I agree about the raspberry’s ...the tartness counteracts the sweetness!! 😻
Forget triple Berry lol!!!! More like. Mega Berry!!!!! 😂😂😂😂 this looks amazing and thanks so. Much honey for sharing your day with us. Oh how I wish I lived closer, I just love being in the kitchen with you💕😀 I know it's cold in Michigan when Texas is 40 degrees lol😂 I just want some of this on your homemade bread, or fresh English muffins💕
oh man, i may have to bake some bread now! LOL girl, i swear i thought it was going to snow last night! hahahaha brrrrrr!
Love it, I will be making this one. Thank you. Never miss your videos, very entertaining.❤️
thank you so much, mama! let me know how you like it!!!!!
Canning now omg if smell a vision was possible. Yum yum thanks for sharing video
Heather, I was wondering if you ever can vegetable beef soup. My family loves homemade soup on cold days, I just finished 2 canner full of it and fixing to start on sweet potatoes.
no, but i do can all the ingredients for it, then combine them all in a pot! that way im not locked into jars of soup, since my family will eat soup but their not big fans. hahaha kids! one day they will appreciate soup for how comforting it is!
I am wanting to can green tomatoes to fry this winter.how long should I water bath can them?
Heather had Fun watching this . I haven't done preserves yet so Thank You. They came out Beautiful. I esp. like the chunks you get with this .
hahahaha me either! and I just talked to Tammy from HaulandCo on text, and she hasnt made preserves yet either! hahaha i think its something we all look over?
The Kneady Homesteader lol, not any more ,think you started a New trend to add to our Pantry

YAY! You are so welcome, Mama!!!! I know those new to canning appreciate seeing the steps so I try not to skip any for you!
You inspired me and I made the same triple berry preserves. Looks great and taste good also. Thank you for the video. I am also using some frozen berries trying to make room in my freezer. Im adding less sugar this time though. Im not totally concerned if it's not as set as the other. Keep up the great work!!
