likely the best live album in existence in my opinion. most beautiful symphony I have ever experienced. my 12 year old son bought Weld for me as a birthday gift years ago, by far THE BEST GIFT I HAVE received in my lifetime. Honest. Thank you Neil Young and all the Crazy Horse crew. you bring my heart home every time. blesssssss
Damn You sure raised him well. Congrats. At the age of 12 I was still listening to shit and never even heard of Neil. And, yes, couldn't agree more. This album blows me away every time.
Dilligaf? -Absolutely! Neil Young has that ability to get better without losing the anarchy of mad youth. Sloppy, over-the-top, off the frets, and it’s done by someone who knows what rocks, what works and why. Technique can ruin a talented rock guitarist if he isn’t careful (ie: Eric Clapton).
Weird that this is unavailable on DVD. A friend of mine has the VHS, but I got lucky when it was shown on Sky Arts a few years ago. I recorded it and transferred it to DVD so I do have an excellent copy. The album itself is just breathtaking from start to finish.

I like his voice. His voice makes me emotional.
This is my favourite version of this song- Neil going crazy electric.

Who's the synth player at 0:19 - 0:29 and 12:05 - 12:29
Playing with Crazy Horse it will most likely be Frank Sampedro.
Yeah, it's Frank Sampedro.
Why no video?
Daniel McNamara But some songs from it are on RUclips - the actual performances
