That is a great question. The macronutrients are relative to your current body weight and goals. For example: If you weight 90 kg, have 20% body fat, exercise 3-5 times per week you burn 3000 calories per day. If want to lose weight then you need to reduce your overall calories to 2500 calories / day. You can get those calories from: 30 % protein (186g), 35% fat (97g) and 35 % carbs (217g). You can change the ratio between carbs and fat depending on your preference - as long as you stay in a calorie deficit over all - and Keep protein high. Makes sense? 😁💪
Good job! It is just normal resistance bands you find on Amazon or any other store. It helps making push ups harder. After you can do 20 pushups without a break - you start building more endurance than strength. Adding a band makes the push ups harder (i.e makes you stronger). Here is a rule of thumb for rap ranges: 1-5 reps: Build max strength 6-20: Build muscle 20+: Build endurance Makes sense?
Awesome video! Super informative and fun 😄 Will try 👍
Thanks Ben! Really appreciate it!
How many grams of carbs do you aim for? I read your article where you said you aim for 180 grams of protein.

Stop using military time. Just use normal time that the majority of the people are familiar with
Dude, I do over 100 pushups every day. How do I get those straps you're using while doing pushups in the video? How much does that help? Thanks!
