Prisoner Cell Block H - Wicked Angela Adams - 1/4

Apparently angelic Angela Adams arrives at Wentworth and wastes no time in spouting malicious nonsense in a voice which only canines can hear. In spite of her newness and some glaring inconsistencies in her tale-telling, she enjoys instant, limitless success in pitting lifelong friends against one another, and her squeaky speeches and billowing mass of frizzy hair leave even The Freak unable to speak. She goes too far, however, with fizzy prankster Marlene Warren, and her effort to soften her request to 'have Willy' by introducing it as 'a big favour' gets her nowhere. Worse is to come when she sets her sights on wooden Phil Cleary, just in time to hear him attempt to lure the ever-irresistible Meg Morris into a suburb 'full of drop-outs and uni-students'. Unfortunately for Meg, however, Angel has friends in much, much worse neighbourhoods.

Angela Adams was a great villain and original.

She was unlike the usual PCBH villainess. I think it was partly because she wasn't physically strong like some of the other women on this show who were these big tough brutes and sort of street wise, so she had to be more deceptive and conniving. Oh, and she reminds me of the actress Carol Kane a bit.

I can hardly remember this character from PCBH. My goodness what a piece of work. It was when I was still watching though as I remember that annoying 'Rabbit', Warren whatever her name was.

It's worth watching your vids if only to read the first class commentary Xihymn..I had forgotten how annoying Angela was. Almost as bad as the yorkshire pudding
