The only genetic advantage she has is that she’s tall and strong, which are the sort of advantages one would expect to see in an Olympic medalist. One fact is that IOC and IBA run different tests. IOC did do the SRY testing, it showed those two women aren’t “male”. Another fact is that IBA wasn’t able to prove their statement and was suspended.

She is a world class boxer but she is not some frightening, invincible champion. Semenya was banned for high "t" levels in 2019. She refused to be take t-blockers and decided to retire.

This makes me think about the debate about "Lia Thomas" swimmer, who was born a male, started hormones in 2019 then in Jan 2022 she won in NCAA Division I national championship against female swimmers. Lia Thomas can't compete in the Olympics after she lost her legal battle to have the rules barring her participation overturned.

I trained in TKD all my life, I'm 56. Some women punch much harder than others. Getting punched in the face hurts, duh. Angela Carini shouldn't be there if she can't take it. Imagine her getting punched by our Kellie Harrington. This is trans panic and blatant misogyny of the highest order.

One fact is that IOC and IBA run different tests. IOC did do the SRY testing, it showed those two women aren’t “male”. Another fact is that IBA wasn’t able to prove their statement and was suspended.

Absolute joke of a non-story. Khelif has won several titles but has been beaten rhree times in the World Championship (by women) and also in the Tokyo Olympics (by a woman). She is a world class boxer but she is not some frightening, invincible champion. The test which deemed her to be too masculine to.compete in the 2023 World Championship final is an outlier and it is what should be under scrutiny, not Khelif.
The director of IDA has confirmed in interview yday that it was a ‘s3x test’ and two boxers came back as male. Neither appealed the decision. If was instructed by the medical committee.
