Amazon should be giving Bryan a big bonus, trip or something. The story was viral and it looked good that an Amazon driver didn't hesitate to help. I understand Aiden is featured, rightfully so, but Bryan deserves a lot of praise as well.
This man deserves to get a massive bonus from Amazon for this. He should totally be recognised by them for going above and beyond. Talk about customer service!!
my mom has epilepsy and i’ve found her several times in the middle of the night having a seizure. i can attest that i have absolutely gotten ptsd from that stress and fear, i still have an uncontrollable amount of fear of my mom going into a seizure and i’m not there to find her. i bet this young boy is scared for his mom’s health as well. i hope he’s doing okay though
I have a classmate in secondary school who suffers from seizures caused by epilepsy and the first day I saw it happened my soul left my body I thought she was dying. We all ran out to get her junior brother who was a junior and he just put a steel spoon in her mouth and confirmed to us that she’s epileptic that she will be fine. It happened serval times from that day but we still kept getting scared that she might die it’s just scary.
This is an aspect of life no one is ever willing to talk about. I'm chronically ill as well, but I chose not to have children for the most basic reason of the risk of passing on my illnesses to my children. But even without that risk, a child knowing their mother is ill, goes in and out of hospital, always a topic that's talked about, feared etc. That's just too cruel to put a child through to be honest. I'm so sorry you went through that yourself; wish you all the strength in the world.
I teach first aid and often have mums tell me that they don't want to stress their kids out with training, that adults will always be around to help them. I often then ask them to imagine a situation where they would need help themselves when home alone with the kids... Generally, the realisation kicks in sharpish ! I am yet to see a child stress out during a training day, they tend to love learning the skills ! Even if it's just how to call the emergency services, it can make all the difference. Bring on the lifesavers ! This kid is brilliant and well done to his parents for teaching him :)
I hope they give medal to the boy for his presence of mind. Here in India, Government gives medal to such children who use their presence of mind for saving people.
I watched the original coverage, and this little man/boy was so calm, calculated, and mature...YET today..he's just being THAT KID that kids just ARE. The courier driver...well he's on another whole new level. Due to listening to a kid whilst being in a hurry and then taking that EXTRA step to see for himself what was what ...speaks VOLUMES!!!!!!
Bless him he is so shy, it probably took him a lot of courage to speak to a stranger, but he knew he had to get out of his comfort zone in a time like this.
What a fantastic little boy. He knew how to get help and the proper terms to use. And the delivery driver being kind enough to help total strangers out.
It makes me understand the moms vibes here too knowing how this situation can be. You can tell she seems a little anxious in the beginning, and I can't blame her. But it also helps bring awareness because if not I wouldn't of learned or this!
I’m so thankful that my health issues waited until my kids were old enough to help keep me safe. I’ve had Cluster Headaches for years and being blinded by pain in public with my kids has always terrified me. Now I’m diagnosed with PoTS too. My kids keep me on schedule drinking water and bringing me pickles as needed.
Thankfully PoTS isn't life threatening and can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications via consultants. I find crossing my legs or clenching my fists help.
amazing that the 6 yr old was so on the ball and asked if the delivery guy could help, definitely a hero of his mom. I would be so happy if more people could handle stuff like that so calmly like the 6yr old did.
When I was like 12, my grandmother had hip surgery and passed out onto two kitchen chairs. When she came to, she started calling out for anybody who might hear her (in the house). I was half asleep, so I told her, "I have to get some better clothes on." At first, I didn't realize how serious it was. I had to call 911, and it was definitely scary. The little boy did a great job.
@@Tdragonfly believe it or not i actually wrote on the wrong post, I hadn't even seen this until I'd got notifications lol. But i agree, he's 1 handsome chappy.

My father has Dementia, and POTS is also one of his main conditions that has developed alongside it, leading to several very bad falls, he would mentally freeze and just black out entirely . So I do not know how long it was going on for but POTS is typically not fatal thankfully but it can mess you up alot and is somewhat chronic and long lasting, but with right meds or changes things can improve. Mad props to the young lad and Driver for helping her. Never undestimate kids willingness to learn and help others.
Seeing Aiden being initially shy but seems to suddenly become comfortable with Bryan all over again and opens up to him immediately, they seem to have a sweet connection
Reminds me, when I was 4 my dad and I were playing at our neighborhood park. He accidentally hit his head between the eyes and was bleeding and couldn’t see. I held his hand and guided him home (about a 5 min walk). This was before everyone had cell phones.

I saw the RUclips Short of this story and just had to see how it ended. What an AMAZING story!!! Glad that Elizabeth is okay and Brian knew what to do. Hope Little man got his tea. lol
the fact that a 6 year old knows what "fainted" means, and was able to articulate it calmly. incredible stuff.
He NEEDS to know giving his mom's health issues. Might've happened before in his presence.
Mommy faints a lot after 4 or 6 drinks
Mommy trained her kid well
Maybe mum has a medical issue?
Have had more dramatic reactions from full blown adults when we turn up (ambulance) for their relative who feels faint

They are going to fine him for wasting time
@@eddieotero7433 I was hoping that wasn't the case, but I guess I'm naive. Maybe someone else will notice him and give him a BETTER job.
