@@cathy2earth Hmmmm, I think your view of things may be quite different than hers. Not every human who has a special child is fully equipped to care for their special love. However, some humans are more equipped to handle the unique challenges that others struggle to navigate. I think she was eager and willing to have the opportunity to have those types of children and to provide her special ability to cope and love them unconditionally. I am almost certain some of this stems from growing up with Mary Beth and seeing how cruel and insensitive "normal" people can be to those with different needs. I can't even imagine what that is like today with the unidentified faceless keyboard warriors who make uncalled for, crass, and quite honestly unintelligent comments about people for any reason. I'd be willing to bet that her naturally born child would have wonderful things to say about her as well and likely wouldn't wish for a "normal" family for anything. You are such a blessing. I have a mentally handicapped brother who lives with me he is 71. Although he does get on my nerves sometimes he is really no problem. I t makes me sad that people so readily give Down syndrome children up. They deserve a happy home just like normal children. Bless you!
I was a support worker for special needs adults in a group home. They are so full of life, love, and laughter. I really miss them as I'm retired now, but do run into them once in awhile in public. They light up and run to hug me. I'm just as happy to see them. You seem like a person one enjoys being around. KUDOS to you.
I worked with young adults with Downs Syndrome many years ago (teaching independent living skills and getting them jobs in the community), and am convinced that they are role models for the rest of us on joyful living and unconditional love. I also learned that they would do anything for me when it was politely requested, but they could be very stubborn if I was trying to force something.... Another great lesson for me!
I don't understand why people would make negative comments 😢 Thank you so much for being patient with those people and allowing them to see their mistake.
Today is Thanksgiving 2024. I am so thankful for David and Jackson and ALL the wonderful people with Special Needs. I am so thankful for the amazing families that adopt. Thank you Lord for all your blessings. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
I Pray this puts those people sitting on the fence into action about adopting. A Great Beautiful video. I had a critical care son for 25 years. Best Best days of my entire life. I may not have known God like I got to know Him in that time. It was like having 12 kids in one, it was a hard road but the Lord was with me every step of the way. Always RUN towards where God is leading you-don't waste pne minute out of line in Gods' Will. What a Beautiful Blessed Family !
I worked in a “facility” in Indiana in the late 1960’s (I was only 18) and my heart LOVED them and I look forward to seeing them all in heaven some day. What an amazing family!
I worked for many years with adults with developmental disabilities. My absolute favorites were the ones with Downs. Everything you say about them is true. The world regards them differently but once someone gets to know them, their hearts are changed. We need more individuals like them in our hurting world. Thank you for giving us a wonderful example of selfless love. ❤️🙏

I have worked with Down Syndrome/ Special Needs children too. It is so surprising to me just how deeply, truly and sincerely they love people. I have to wonder what it is that makes them like that.
I rarely watch a video from start to finish. I am balling my eyes out at the compassion this family has. This gives me so much hope for humanity. If I could afford children, I would definitely consider a special child, likely autism and/or downs. Thank you for this video!
OMG!!! I stumbled upon this video and what a blessing to have seen it. In my life my calling has been special needs animals. The joy and love and blessings you receive for out way everything else. Thank you for the love you have shared!!! Cheers!❤️
It takes a very special person to do what you do and have such a love making me tear up. Beautiful and a blessing for so many. Thank you for sharing this wonderful family story. Very inspiring for many families. Thank you so much for being you
I’m a 76 year old RN and have specialized in the care of special needs patients in their homes. I really appreciate hearing this adoptive mom’s heart for these young men.
Your family is beautiful, and I am so in awe of you for giving these young gentlemen a chance to love and grow with happiness and to be a family. They're AWESOME!! ❤
I totally enjoyed your post. Lovely family. When people told me my daughter,(who I adopted at 15, and doesn't have downs syndrome,) was lucky. I always said she was lucky to have me and I am also very lucky to have her! Especially loved the wise way you handled on line critics! So fantastic that you are educating people and changing hearts and minds!!
What a beautiful mother you are, and not just that, a kind and steady human being. A pleasure to hear you speak and hear your stories. All the best to you and your family.. 🙏💜
I worked in retail and hospitality for years. My favourite customers were Down Syndrome folk ( special shout out to Mark). They treated us with respect and friendship, which is far more than I can say for many 'normal' people. RESPECT for this family ❤
It’s beyond me to comprehend that anybody anybody would put down a down syndrome child they are so precious. They are so giving they are so loving and I have a member of my family who has a down syndrome brother and one day on a visit we were chatting back-and-forth for hours and he came up to me. He goes. Thank you for talking to me because nobody in my family talks to me. It broke my heart!! I make it a point to always extend myself to any child born with any disability because they belong on this earth like everybody else and when I hear of people putting down children, such as these beautiful boys it just beyond me to comprehend ‘’why why would they ever ever make such comments” life is a gift and everybody deserves to be here. Love changes everything.
Each of these boys is a rare and beautiful gem....mom (and dad) gave them the world to experience with love ❤...this is the best story ❤ ever 💖 warmed my cold, sad, defeated heart..
I used to work at a school for special needs children, Downs, Cerebral Palsy etc. Every working day when entering the door, there was 20 kids aged 4-18 waiting for me at the door, telling me how much they'd love me and how much I was missed since yesterday. Best, most rewarding, easiest and enjoyable job ever. Loved those kids
I taught middle school students with DS for 33 years and loved it. I have so many wonderful memories. I taught them how to use the community, and we opened a bakery and coffee shop in our school. All these activities were great because they showed the community how much these kids could do when the world thinks they can't. Thank you for taking in those boys. They are a hoot
You are miracle workers: a mom, dad, and son who have brought these boys into a life akin to paradise, filled with love, compassion, and respect. I cannot contain my tears of joy, knowing they are in the presence of such angels.
I have been blessed with working with people with Down Syndrome. I always tell people that they are angels walking among us to teach us unconditional love, kindness and happiness. What an incredible family to open their homes and hearts adopting the 5 young men. Thank you for sharing their beautiful story!❤
What a beautiful family. I grew up with two brothers with cerebral palsy and they both made my life worth living. And just like you boys they were the sweetest. Unfortunately my one of my brothers was seven and he passed away and I’m missing him to this day and I’m 75 years old my brother Jeff died when he was 30 and again miss him like they were just they just make your life more livable you understand the world a little bit better thanks for sharing. Tell the boys I said hello.😊
What a beautiful family and story. My sister had Down Syndrome. I loved her dearly, we were very close. She taught us all so much. She went home to be with The Lord at the age of 16 back in the 80's. She had diabetes and her blood sugar dropped in the night.
As the mom of a wonderful, 35 year old man with multiple disabilities, this warmed my heart. People who know me think I’m some kind of saint for caring for my son at home but I am the one who is blessed daily by his love and joy. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story. May God bless you all.
These boys sound so loving and caring. ❤ bless their hearts for their kindness and bless you guys for adopting them.❤❤❤❤ My ex and I adopted a special needs child who was 6 had fetal alcohol and ADHD and is now 37 and in a wonderful host home .
Throughout my life, the ones that I have met with down syndrome have given me the most joy and the most incredible laughs. What you are doing is amazing and your boys seem incredible.
Good for you mam! I have always wanted a Down syndrome baby too but it never happened. I’m 56 yrs old male I love this video! You’re so blessed good for you!
Thank you Mikey for saving me from drowning when you were a teenager. You were very brave to jump into the lake and pull me out. You told me that I shouldn’t go into the water without a life vest on, I was very young and didn’t listen..I’m sorry it scared you and made you cry. R.I.P my old friend I’ll never forget you.
Would love to experience what a day would be like to spend with these amazing guys! Honestly had a blast watching your video. Was smiling the whole time besides the negative comments part.. I love how free spirited they are! Their smile is so contagious! I would have a blast and I hope they would as well! Thank you for adopting these amazing people! you guys are all amazing! ❤
There are no words to describe how wonderful your family is.. you can see you are raising the boys to be respectful and caring adults.. how many of those with negative comments can say they are doing the same either their children.. please continue to spread the joy of celebrating your wonderful family!!!❤
Back in the 60's, one of my best friends had Down Syndrome. Adults, due to ignorance, kept warning me that he was dangerous, but he wasn't. Sure he was strong and stubborn and could be pretty obstinate when he had his mind set on something, but what kid isn't? His mother refused to put him in an institution as all the doctors strongly advised her, and good thing she didn't because I would never have had the pleasure of hanging out with him. When I was older, I volunteered with an organization that did cool things with DS people like going to museums, the park, out bowling, and more. Some of my happiest memories. To have lived long enough to see DS people with jobs, businesses, and families... well, I can't put into words how joyful this news is for me.
I can't imagine the moral vacuum that must exist in the hearts of anyone making negative comments about this wonderful and loving family.
They need our love to melt their hearts!

I wish I could work with people with Down syndrome I really do.
Thanks for commenting!
This is heaven on earth. Thank you so much guys! ❤❤❤❤❤
You are so right! This is exactly what we won't our movie to show the world!
They are a gift to any of us that are lucky enought to meet them in life and you are so right in what you say about them .
its amazing what watching these types of videos does to someone i was super depressed these past few days and watching this has brought me happiness
This warms our hearts and gives us the motivation to keep making these videos. Follow us for more videos. We pray your depression will disappear.
I don't understand why people would make negative comments 😢 Thank you so much for being patient with those people and allowing them to see their mistake.
They are the very people who need this kind of LOVE!!!
dnt wrry ym frend dnt be 😢 be 😀😀🙂🙂😃💖💖😎😎
I dont see any, they must have deleted them all
An absolutely delightful group of young men. Would be proud to call any one of them a friend. Hats off to mom and dad 👏🏻
This is the sweetest thing I've ever seen ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank YOU!
You have a beautiful family. Your boys are a blessing and spread sunshine
Today is Thanksgiving 2024. I am so thankful for David and Jackson and ALL the wonderful people with Special Needs. I am so thankful for the amazing families that adopt. Thank you Lord for all your blessings. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
We are sooooo thankful for families like yours who step up and get involved!! Keep on sharing the LOVE!!
That's a powerful testimony!! Thank YOU for sharing!!!
I worked in a “facility” in Indiana in the late 1960’s (I was only 18) and my heart LOVED them and I look forward to seeing them all in heaven some day. What an amazing family!
Wow! We'd love to hear your story!
Thank you all so much for sharing all sides of your wonderful, encouraging and heart warming story!
😎😎😎😎👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏 wel dun im proud fo evreyone tha being so frendly towrds peopl muc lov to u peopl fro rescting peopl wit disabiltes and evry 1 drffent we are all humnabeigns
Yes they are truly a Blessing from God and I speak from the Heart on that !
What an amazing bunch of men! And Mom is so special.
Thanks for sharing! We are glad this video touched you
OMG!!! I stumbled upon this video and what a blessing to have seen it. In my life my calling has been special needs animals. The joy and love and blessings you receive for out way everything else. Thank you for the love you have shared!!! Cheers!❤️
I have a 34 year old nephew with down's. He one of the most loving, compassionate people you could ever encounter.
It takes a very special person to do what you do and have such a love making me tear up. Beautiful and a blessing for so many. Thank you for sharing this wonderful family story. Very inspiring for many families. Thank you so much for being you
We are so happy you enjoyed our video!!! Come back for more beautiful stories!
I’m a 76 year old RN and have specialized in the care of special needs patients in their homes. I really appreciate hearing this adoptive mom’s heart for these young men.
Thank you!
What a wonderful family! ❤ 😊
💖💖💖💖💖😎😎😎
Your family is beautiful, and I am so in awe of you for giving these young gentlemen a chance to love and grow with happiness and to be a family. They're AWESOME!! ❤
Thank YOU!
It take a very special family to accept a down syndrome child. Thx for giving them a family that loves them.
My heart was melted in the first 2 minutes. I don't have TikTok, but I might get one so I can watch their fun antics and impressions.
Always loved down syndrome and autistic people they are always beautiful people
Great story! I can't believe those guys had to go through not having families during their early childhood!
I get to be the uncle of a very special little guy with Downs. He is a treasure.
We know that's right!
I worked in retail and hospitality for years. My favourite customers were Down Syndrome folk ( special shout out to Mark).
They treated us with respect and friendship, which is far more than I can say for many 'normal' people.
RESPECT for this family ❤
Love you guys - and Jay- so much!! Thank you for continuing the “Made with Love” journey!! ❤❤❤
Thank YOU for following us and supporting us! Just trying to share the LOVE!!!
This lady is a saint.
And the boys pure love and innocence.
A family of gold
Thank You for giving these young men a stable home life and all the love you can muster God Bless
Isn't it a beautiful thing?
Thanks for your comment
They are All so pure and innocent. God bless these people.
Each of these boys is a rare and beautiful gem....mom (and dad) gave them the world to experience with love ❤...this is the best story ❤ ever 💖 warmed my cold, sad, defeated heart..
We are so glad to hear that this video warmed your heart. Share the love! The world needs it now more than ever!
Dunno why this popped up for me but so glad to meet this beautiful family. 😊💕
We are glad too!
You’re a blessing to the boys. Having taught special needs children, I understand the joy you feel being with the boys.
Me too! Same wonderful start to the day!
Thank YOU!!!!
We were send straight from heaven for these boys. Love and respect from Namibia.
I have been blessed with working with people with Down Syndrome. I always tell people that they are angels walking among us to teach us unconditional love, kindness and happiness. What an incredible family to open their homes and hearts adopting the 5 young men. Thank you for sharing their beautiful story!❤
You are welcome and thanks for watching and commenting
What a beautiful family. I grew up with two brothers with cerebral palsy and they both made my life worth living. And just like you boys they were the sweetest. Unfortunately my one of my brothers was seven and he passed away and I’m missing him to this day and I’m 75 years old my brother Jeff died when he was 30 and again miss him like they were just they just make your life more livable you understand the world a little bit better thanks for sharing. Tell the boys I said hello.😊
Thank you for sharing your story!
We hear this over and over. The world needs to know!
These boys sound so loving and caring. ❤ bless their hearts for their kindness and bless you guys for adopting them.❤❤❤❤
My ex and I adopted a special needs child who was 6 had fetal alcohol and ADHD and is now 37 and in a wonderful host home .
Thank you for sharing!!!
@ your welcome.
Merry Christmas.
These guys are so friendly and happy. The mum is crazy good. That's why the boys are flourishing in life😊
Yep
People like this need to be protected and supported by all means necessary!
Would love to experience what a day would be like to spend with these amazing guys! Honestly had a blast watching your video. Was smiling the whole time besides the negative comments part.. What a beautiful woman and family. may God bless you all❤🙏🙏🏾. So much love in that house.
Great woman, beautiful mom ❤❤❤❤❤
We agree 100%!!!!!
@StoriesMadeWithLove 🥰
I admire the generosity of this family for taking in these boys. I wish you guys all the best ❤
