Nice tip! I heard Alex Hormozi talk about a similar principle, too: Commit to 100 × [any business-boosting] activity per day / week (can't remember lol)... SM posts, $ on ad spend, cold outreach, etc.

I like the freemium and then paid option, the consistent template approach (easier to digest) and the way Sendfox pulls from social media channels. I wouldn't feel comfortable only doing a paid newsletter, but I'd be OK with an optional paid upgrade. Personally, I usually unsubscribe from every email newsletter, even though I like the people, simply because I want a clean inbox and the newsletters aren't targeted enough e.g I don't know what I'm going to get, or if I click there are too many options TMI. I think I might pay for an email e-course, even though that's really an email newsletter with a set intention and limited timeframe under a different name. I guess I expect to pay for an e-course, but I don't expect to pay for a newsletter, because I've had so many for free. I would pay for a specific daily email of decanted academic research (with pictures/graphs) and a memorable/repeatable one-liner from someone I trust that was consistent... I don't currently pay for that, but I would if it were available, targeted, credible and only offering 1 - 3 key points a day that I could read in under 30 mins. 🧐I guess my newsletter experiences to date have been too hit and miss, so I rarely click through? I also don't go to my emails to browse. I go there to do what needs to be done, then I leave. I would like to see data on what other people do with their emails and what people engage with more etc My habits are probably not indicative of a standard email user. 🤓
i agree! i literally cleaned out my gmail inbox..so i had to ask myself..why would someone want to open MY email... had me at one point rethinking my whole biz!🤦🏽. woke up this morning with a fresh attitude and BAM! came across this channel. 😄. i decided to treat like a commoditized product and play with it a bit and have some fun.

Hello Noah, do you think the deals newsletter model for protein powder (organic products) is a good idea? It seems that the supplements industry is saturated, so I am trying to do something different. Thank you!
Once you get to the point of an audience size for sponsorships, how does it work? Do they use a third party middleman to pay you once you post your email out, or do they pay you up front to then be sponsored in your next upcoming email? Great video btw!
