One thing you failed to say is how much money you had to burn to get to 1 million subscribers.. It probably costed 2-3 million $ which 99.99% of startups don't have. :) Even when they have product.. Everything else you said you are correct.

Because in the sheet I saw that they had about 1000000 website views they got from google ads which means if they spent 20 cents per website view (which is quite ok), they have spent $200000. And on the other ads, and proms they have probably spent about $400000 which means he probably had a $1M as a budget which is alright because their costumer has spent $10 each on it, in their lifetime. I think he should make a video about how can YOU do it with only like $100 or $1000 or maybe 10000$ because I know a lot of us do not have a million for it!

We have a tech startup and just tested our MVP with some customers over the world. This video was so beneficial for me. Our product is a new way for young children (3-7 year olds) to learn English. That is so broad though. I know that their parents are going to have to be affluent enough to afford to subscribe (although it's only about $20 a year). I don't know how to narrow this down though to exactly who my customers are. Any ideas?
