Noah I really love all of your videos analyzing business niches. The more we can study ideas before we all jump into an idea head first the better. You mentioned in another video using another companies sales to realize the profit potentials in your spreadsheet. Where do you get public companies financial information and how do you break it down. Would love to see you do a case study for another business idea that way.

@@alexgg13 I did a lot of research through Alibaba, but I never pulled the trigger. I looked into custom enclosures using Acoustiblok but it was cost prohibitive. With the pandemic over, and the supply chain less constrained, it might be worth a relook. I think the only cost effective way would be to import a container load from China.

@@danielacker7085 Actually you do not need to deal with MP4 etc. All you need to do (if you want to write it down as text). Go to 3 dots under lower right corner of the video here. Open transcript. New window pops up on the right of the video . From there you can copy the text completely with or without toggle stamps.

This is really interesting word: Mesothelioma. It is illness from inhaling asbestos. Usually happens to workers on the demolition who remove it. Some time ago I spoke to a lawyer to made insurance claims for Mesothelioma. He paid over £50 for a click in the UK. Claims were very big.
My uncle died from it in Australia :( School teacher at a school that had asbestos in the ceilings

Sounds like your buddy is talking about a sound proofed recording booth - except large enough to work in and not be claustrophobic. Could be pre-fab and installed in a basement so you don't have to run outside in the winter/bad weather, don't need to build a concrete pad, external wiring, etc...

He is talking office space or desk share etc. Country dependant it is a great idea for some.
A person that rents in my experience tend to have very different priorities than those of us who collect money off them renting. I got the impression when renters don't get benefits from doing something they will not prioritize it. Another issue is that renters do tend to be poorer than their landlord owners.

Since ideas are seriously a dime a dozen like how you ground it in a repeatable process - would be fun if you did a follow-up poll, question, or contest for those that actually took your advice and in a weekend had some traction. Gets your audience to actually take action and provides more cool follow-up content - need a way for people to submit and show proof...then have the top 5 from that? Might not work if nobody does it but if they also get highlighted on your channel that could be another huge win...ah yes all those ideas again...:-)

I watched this video from my backyard office that I built myself.. I've often wondered if I could create a course on building a backyard office, complete with building plans and material lists.. then I don't have to build anything, store any inventory, etc. I could also offer to build one as a "premium service" if someone wanted an easy button.
