    I delivered second baby a year back,both r c section,I want to reduce belly fat alone,while watching videos to reduce belly fat,I am very much impressed by ur way of doing yoga,I start doing yoga by today Nd let u know the result in future.one more thing,I touched the nose holding both legs together,it gives me confidence to do the yoga to reduce my belly fat.

    MAM actually my age is 40 . I got both the kids in cesarean (16 years back), i am 80 kg now.i am having big belly . if i do any exercise not able to do because my belly is hitting and i am feeling pain.     After my pregnancy I haven't done this type of exercise. I hope this is best workout to reduce belly fat.
