Morning Snack: 2 glasses of Warm water. Lunch: Paneer Manchurian 1cup. Lime juice with sugar and salt 1.5 glasses. Evening snack: Green tea 1 cup. Peanut Gajak 2 pieces. Dinner: 2 small pulka with masroom mater. Warm water 2 glasses. 2.5 liters water.

I thought i can not do SIDE PLANKS. But, u MOTIVATED ME. THANKYOU VERY MUCH. SWEATING A LOT & neenga sonna pola SIDE la I CAN FEEL THE BURN.
