    DAY 9 (14.08.2020)
    Today I wakeup 4.15am.
    Introspection 15 mins
    Meditation 30 mins
    Exercise 35 mins
    Yoga & Pranayama- 30 mins
    Plank 3 sets morning and evening.
    Stomach vacuim 3 sets.
    Intermitten fasting Deit completed
    10854 steps completed.
    Break fast: Lemon with apple cider vinger and warm water 2 glasses. Moong sprouts 1 cup.
    Morning Snack: 2 glasses of Warm water.
    Lunch: Paneer Manchurian 1cup. Lime juice with sugar and salt 1.5 glasses.
    Evening snack: Green tea 1 cup. Peanut Gajak 2 pieces.
    Dinner: 2 small pulka with masroom mater. Warm water 2 glasses.
    2.5 liters water.

    Mam..Ur 3 exercises for hip, thigh, belly for 30 secs panitu iruken mam..wall sit la Omg I can feel that burning in the last 10s mam..I'm so happy to feel that mam..this hip exercise ennala 30s fulla hand control Panna mudila..so 1st 10s full body lift panren mam, nxt 20s kneel panni panren mam.. surely I'll do these exercises with ur daughter's IMT fasting ideas mam..clg reopen kulla I'm planning to reduce atleast 5kg wt mam..I will update my wt after a few months mam.. thanks a lot mam❤️
