    Not just for seniors.
    These are awesome workouts for postpartum moms, rehabbing from knee/ ankle/ hip surgery and individuals who are slightly to greatly overweight.

      ​@israeliana it is a great comment. Also want to add that I'm looking for these exercises because I can't get off the floor, so it's really put a damper on my physio. This helps

      I'm 71 years old lady. I swim x 30 minutes a day. Have a total knee replacement and degenerated low back discs x 4. This is really a good way to keep exercising. Thank you

    Ohmygosh. That is insane. I’ve done these three exercises my whole life without a chair, but now have physical limitations. I cannot believe how simple it is to adapt them to a sitting position! I love it! May I also add that I completely love the simplicity of this quick video. It gets right to the point which I appreciate!

    I'm so humbly grateful I saw this. I experienced a TIA stroke in April 2023. I'm blessed to be healthy/thriving. Yet, the weight gain and loss of muscles isn't pleasant. I'll make this part of my morning/evening workouts

    Love your exercises. I have severe Fibromyalgia. These are gentle enough, a real blessing!

      I had severe fibromyalgia to the point I couldn't walk sometimes. Traditional Chinese Medicine reversed it, juicing (especially beets) for the Chronic fatigue, and staying hydrated worked for me. Blessings on your back to health journey.
