Vegetable oil is not natural but highly poisonous to our bodies. The same is true of highly processed bleached flour. Replace it with olive oil and almond flour.

Wow, this look awesome, light and user friendly the taziki (yogurt and cucumber) is a great pairing. Never thought cabbage can be a good dish, plus never know how to cook cabbage until now. tks so much looking fwd to see your ext recipe. Music is nice.
Cabbage makes wonderful dishes. My family favorite comfort food is a cabbage dish. My kids wanted everytime they came home from college. Just cook shredded cabbage in butter, salt and pepper and cover till cooked down. Fry up some chopped bacon. Set aside. And make some perogies. I use Mrs T's frozen perogies. And I cook perogies in my air fryer. Perfect. When cabbage is done. Just add the bacon bits and perogies! Simple and Awesome comfort food dish.
Try using chicken broth instead of water! Grandma use to add chopped onions also. I completely forgot about garlic until I saw you cooking it. Definitely will cook it tonight!! Thank you for my forgotten memories
I'm in the South, here we fry our cabbage in butter!! To save time you can parboil it first until limp, so I'll try the broth when I do! Then we strain it good and add butter, (if I'm making a whole large head of cabbage I'd use a stick of REAL butter) and a generous dash of oil or two to the skillet, maybe 4 to 5 tablespoons. When it begins to simmer add garlic & onion, then add drained cabbage a few mins later. Reduced heat a bit to a med low, cover and fry, stirring every few mins until golden brown. Yum!
May I politely suggest something? I never boil any vegetable. Never, only green beans and exactly for 7 minutes, not longer. All my other veggies are sauteed in the pan, just like you did with the onion. you can cut the cabbage in smaller pieces if you like, but just sautee them in some olive oil (VEGETABLE OIL IS POISON) or what I use always (I do not like olive oil) my homemade ghee. Ghee is healthy, takes higher temperatures and makes your dishes a LOT tastier. So sautee the cabbage, the onion and the garlic (add to the onion in the pan towards the end) and you will have an even more delicious cabbage cake. When you boil veggies, you pour away most of the nutrients and flavour. Stop boiling veggies, that is the method of the past. We can cook a lot more effeciently these days. Good luck! And I am certainly going to add the eggs and the flour next time I have my cabbage! Thank you!

Also, erstmal, wie andere hier schon gesagt haben, bitte kein gelbes Pflanzenöl. Dann würde ich den Kohl nicht in soviel Wasser kochen, wo ich nur hinterher die Nährstoffe mit dem Wasser wegschütte. Kohl hat doch viel eigenen Saft... Und dann würde ich versuchen die Kohlpuffer im Ofen zu backen anstatt sie zu braten (mache ich auch bei Kartoffelpuffern).

I saw cabbage and eggs and I had to watch. Then as you combined one ingredient with another I was thinking, thinking, and then you added flour, and I cheered !! Overall, it was sublime !!

I don’t use vegetable oil anymore I use ghee or lard which is more natural, tastes better too. I wonder if coconut or almond flour would be the same? I bet bite size chicken breast pieces cooked with onion and garlic would be amazing.

Totally agree. People need to ditch soybean, corn, and "canola" oils. Lard or bacon grease could be tasty to use. Butter if you watch for scorching.

Wow, this look awesome, light and user friendly the taziki (yogurt and cucumber) is a great pairing. Never thought cabbage can be a good dish, plus never know how to cook cabbage until now. tks so much looking fwd to see your ext recipe. Music is nice.
Cabbage makes wonderful dishes. My family favorite comfort food is a cabbage dish. My kids wanted everytime they came home from college.
Just cook shredded cabbage in butter, salt and pepper and cover till cooked down. Fry up some chopped bacon. Set aside. And make some perogies. I use Mrs T's frozen perogies. And I cook perogies in my air fryer. Perfect. When cabbage is done. Just add the bacon bits and perogies! Simple and Awesome comfort food dish.

Try using chicken broth instead of water! Grandma use to add chopped onions also. I completely forgot about garlic until I saw you cooking it. Definitely will cook it tonight!! Thank you for my forgotten memories
I'm in the South, here we fry our cabbage in butter!! To save time you can parboil it first until limp, so I'll try the broth when I do! Then we strain it good and add butter, (if I'm making a whole large head of cabbage I'd use a stick of REAL butter) and a generous dash of oil or two to the skillet, maybe 4 to 5 tablespoons. When it begins to simmer add garlic & onion, then add drained cabbage a few mins later. Reduced heat a bit to a med low, cover and fry, stirring every few mins until golden brown. Yum!

May I politely suggest something?
I never boil any vegetable. Never, only green beans and exactly for 7 minutes, not longer. All my other veggies are sauteed in the pan, just like you did with the onion.
you can cut the cabbage in smaller pieces if you like, but just sautee them in some olive oil (VEGETABLE OIL IS POISON) or what I use always (I do not like olive oil) my homemade ghee. Ghee is healthy, takes higher temperatures and makes your dishes a LOT tastier.
So sautee the cabbage, the onion and the garlic (add to the onion in the pan towards the end) and you will have an even more delicious cabbage cake.
When you boil veggies, you pour away most of the nutrients and flavour. Stop boiling veggies, that is the method of the past. We can cook a lot more effeciently these days.

Many cultures do not realize the toxicity of vegetable oil or seed oil. I agree with you. I would use my rendered pork fat or bacon grease.

Also, erstmal, wie andere hier schon gesagt haben, bitte kein gelbes Pflanzenöl. Dann würde ich den Kohl nicht in soviel Wasser kochen, wo ich nur hinterher die Nährstoffe mit dem Wasser wegschütte. Kohl hat doch viel eigenen Saft... Und dann würde ich versuchen die Kohlpuffer im Ofen zu backen anstatt sie zu braten (mache ich auch bei Kartoffelpuffern).

I don’t use vegetable oil anymore I use ghee or lard which is more natural, tastes better too. I wonder if coconut or almond flour would be the same? I bet bite size chicken breast pieces cooked with onion and garlic would be amazing.
