Welcome to Malaysia, Bery! I have been watching your videos about Istanbul and Turkiye over the last few years to prepare for my trip to Istanbul and Izmir in June 2024. Thanks to all your useful information, I had a great time in Turkiye. I hope that you and your husband will have a great time in Malaysia and South East Asia. 🙏🙏🙏😄😄😄
Hello Bery, Thank you again for your informative video- I have personally flown Qatar on 3 occasions- first in 2019 before Covid- long haul Australia to Doha & then to Manchester - the flight was fine in economy- on my return flight to Australia out of Gatwick I upgraded to Business class & lucky me was upgraded by Qatar to First Class - I have to say it was an amazing experience. My other flights were Europe & this year Doha & then Istanbul- I chose my seats before I left Australia in premium economy & I was very happy with them so I think it all comes down to personal experiences but like you I would not be happy if I had paid for a Qsuite & got basic business class. Enjoy your Asian holiday. 💖☀️🇦🇺
That's not very good customer service; imagine advertising a 2024 S-class service and then getting a 2004 S-class when getting picked up. It seems clear they are overselling their Q-Suite because modern software can easily predict equipment shortages like this.
I recently flew Qutar airlines from Washington DC to Jakarta through Doha. I flew business class that I purchased outright (not upgrading later from economy). I was disappointed from the beginning. I found the seat selection confusing as the seats are oriented either facing the front of the plane and also towards the back. I was also sitting alone so I wanted my privacy. The problem happened in Doha airport. The airport is silent meaning they don’t announce flights. My travel companion missed the connecting flight. The customer service we received from Qutar was disappointing. We were both fined because we missed the flight IN ADDITION to having to pay more to continue. We felt we were being held hostage. I understand we might have to pay something but not the amount we did. My fine/addition was almost what I paid for the original ticket! And, they could only book me in coach. Food was ordinary. Comfort just ok. Pajamas were cute. But not again if I can help it. I always fly business especially internationally.
Bery, I live in Malaysia and I have been trying to experience the Qatar Airways Qsuite several times but to no avail! I have flown on Qatar Airways from Kuala Lumpur to London on 3 different occasions, to Rome once and to Zurich once, all via Doha(of course) in business class, hoping to get the Qsuite but each time, Qatar Airways switched my aircraft and left me as frustrated and disappointed as you. I have given up trying to experience the Qsuite altogether. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😡😡😡
Frequent flyer called mishaps by Qatar Airways including this one as being ‘Qatared’😏 Such a disappointment. Anyway glad you enjoyed my country Malaysia and Thailand
Hiii Bery, Wellcome to Malaysia. Plz if you could arrange a Family meet up in KL or other place easy for you, as we have a group of around 7 families who already got Turkish Citizenship and now in their final process to move to Turkiye. Meeting you to have some useful moving tips and to get settled there will be of great help. Stay blessed ❤️

Happy sunday ❤
Just very rich people pay for business class Bery. The majority of them fly using award-tickets, buying them with Miles (Avios miles in this case).
Agree! After this huge disappointment with Qatar Airways, I’ll happily continue flying economy as we do every time we travel 😅🥳
I often fly Qatar and unfortunately they love to change aircraft last minute 🥺
