Heather Robertson cardio workout's are the best! I love that she doesn't add 12 pushup variations and claim it's cardio, just straight up heart pumping cardio!!

I think HR workouts are the go-to home workout. I'm 60, so I do rely on some of the modifications. With them or without them, these workouts keep me feeling strong and ready for all my outdoor hobbies. THANKS SO MUCH!
Reading on how tough this session was, i was so scared to hit play and was even thinking of skipping it. I managed to convince myself to start, pushed on through, and made it. Never underestimate your body, people!!! This 3 weeks with Heather has done something to our bodies beyond what eyes can see. Surprise yourself and keep pushing!
I am definitely loving HR12 week 2.0…. Completed week 3 and ready to tackle the remaining weeks to come. I have definitely changed my eating which includes planning out healthy meals. Week 3 complete! Loving the program so far! I like having a structured workout plan where I don't have to think about what workout I want to do that day.
Finishing week 3 strong! I definitely was getting more tired the last 5-10 minutes, but my endurance is definitely much better than it was a few weeks ago. I'm also noticing NSV like improved muscle tone throughout my body. Also, it's such a mood booster for me to work out in the morning. When I don't work out in the morning, I can tell; my mood is not as good.
I had started five weeks before this program doing your other videos at random trying to work on 4 hours a week. But I definitely have noted more progress in these three weeks, because I'm actually dedicating days to certain muscle groups. Thanks for this program, I'm learning a lot. Just need to kick my bad eating habits in the butt. 😁
