Does that "snow" make an actual difference? Did a Croatia rally in the snow and it seemed no different than a wet/damp with some visuals on top of it.

Ermmmm no its some what like, monte carlo when you get the Call about a little bit of ice. If you go on the snowy bit you can feel a little less grip but its nothing major
