@MikeyyRS forgot to turn the apu on, when on push back. Plane shut down completely i panicked and quit 😆

That’s happened to the best of us, use control+e if that ever happens it’s not realistic but at least then you can still fly 😬

It took me three attempts to build the courage to ask for clearance 😂

@@MikeyyRS i am also new! I am planning on taking my first Vatsim flight in the holidays. The only thing remaining for me to learn is a small part of the flight planning.

Strangely I found that part the easiest, I’ve always used sim brief for my offline flights and you can then just send that over to vatsim

@@MikeyyRS yes you’re right. I’ve already flown a flight offline using simbreif and navigraph. And I know how to use the MCDU, but I don’t feel comfortable enough using the MCDU yet so I’ll give it another week until my first flight!

Camber angles will help with that also, making sure the diffs aren’t really high and on tarmac you can generally make the car stiffer so tighten up that suspension and anti roll bars, if your spinning a lot that can be due to too much eagerness on the power or the weight of the car is shifting too much under load which is great for loose stuff but for gripper surfaces we need to control as much as we can the weight transfer in the car, loading up the outside wheels with a softer setup in general can be disastrous on tarmac. So tighten the car up, be more progressive with the power application and lastly be super aware of how you are moving the weight of the car

Do you maybe have problems with lift off oversteer? try Not to completely let go off the gas while breaking to prevent a sudden change of weight to the Front. This is for me the biggest hurdle on tarmac.

On tarmac you want to apply a trail breaking method similar to what you would in track racing, the slower you get the less pressure you should apply, also try to keep the wheels straight under braking massive movements on the wheel will just cause the wheels lock and massive amounts of understeer

It’s a nice plane tbh, love flying anything airbus I struggle with Boeing as it looks like they still use a 70’s confusing overhead panel 😅

In some of the drone shots hell yes 😂 I can’t seem to get the drone camera to be very smooth

I have set custom cameras and then have them bound on my flight stick buttons, Just makes navigating the cockpit easier for me then using the mouse to look around 👍👍

@ I see I have much to learn. Can you recommend any tutorials for msfs24 and a particular plane? I would really like to get to where you are where I can reliably fly a route and get the aircraft landed again.

I think there is a lad called “a320 sim pilot” or something like that, but you can always just search for the plane type on RUclips. You can use msfs 20 tutorials on the plane as they work the same across sims. And in most cases especially with airbus you only need to learn one type like the a320 as the procedures are pretty much the same across the whole a320 family

Or if needs be I can spare some time with you and get you to a comfortable level

From 24 to 2020 I was on wheel but the other I had to use controller as my wheel isn’t recognised. But it’s just smooth nothing else
