    I just slipped into a nearby room at my workplace to squeeze in a few upper exercises from your mini posture workout. It's not possible to do the floor exercises at work so I decided to search for seated work. How lucky to find these and even better that they are so timely. Due to the virus my job has become even more sedentary. Thank you!

    This 5 minute stretch is AWESOME! I'm definitely at my laptop many hours in a day and try to set a timer to get up and move every so often, but this will be great to add to the mix!🙏🏾

    Love your website especially the sitting and standing exercises. I can’t do all the floor exercises because there’s too much pain when doing the stretches on my side. I’m 75 and I’ve been sedentary for many years now. These stretches are going to be sooo good for me, just have to be disciplined in doing them. I’m so glad I found out about your webpage. Thank you.

    Asking a question. I have spinal stenosis. Scoliosis. Degenerative disc disease. Narrowing of the intervbal disc. I have had three hip replacements. Mild fibromyalgia. Arthritic knees.
    I practice Tai chi. Used to walk 13 miles a day I can't do it anymore and gained weight due to the pandemic. And chemo pills I had for breast cancer I am a 13-year survivor.
    What videos do you recommend like because I can't get down on the floor at all or on my knees.?
    I have back pain if I stand too long at one spot and my shoulders bother me
    Was doing good when I went to the gym. But because of Covid afraid to go.
    Please help. I would love to improve my life. And I admire and believe in you that I can live pretty much a minor pain life.
    I think you so much. By the way I'm 75 years old. And the reason for my hip replacements was an attempted carjacking. I had to replace four months apart 19 98, then one hip broke and I had to have a revision in 2004
