    Best coach on RUclips. Growing his channel but quite underrated. Lessons are fun, and Stu is as kind as he is a genius with a swing that gives you proper club path and the ability to hit down and smash a golf ball. Funny dude with a big heart. Keep popping em out Stu. I’m a believer!

    Pure gold. So we can use the right shoulder!! Who knew? Only all of us, as that’s where our power is (trail side) and athletically our brain wants to use it. But we’re told it’s wrong in this garbage golf lesson money grubbing industry that seeks to keep golfers confused and muddled. Great channel Stuart!!!

    Well, if I look to this swing at 0,25 speed, your left shoulder gets level only at the very very end, i.e. when the swinng is basically completed and the leveling is kind of artofficial - at the moment of impact and past it your right shoulder is much lower and left one is up..

    • @GoodGolfCoaching
      @GoodGolfCoaching  8 дней назад

      And I’m sure if you slow motioned your swing down, you’d see a very high left shoulder at impact. 🙌

    I had one of those days today, when start swinging I feel like my swing had deserted me, this action left shoulder down after impact, made my swing rush back into to my muscle memory, fantastic coaching Stu or was it Barneys idea thanks

    Stu, you did it again, you debunked all of the coaches out there who advocate tilting your right shoulder down (right handed golfer) to make a good strike “like the pros do.” If anyone didn’t think you were a good coach before, this should change their mind. It certainly opened my eyes to another great lesson learned. Make the swing natural and never try to fabricate it. Let your body do what it is meant to do freely. Cheers.

    Funny, last week I saw one of your previous videos, called : The Secret To BODY SPEED Nobody Has Told You About... I worked in your way with the left shoulder turning etc... and stroke some of the purest shots I have ever hit on the course, with this extatic feeling of freedom. Okay, not all my shots are now doing great (*sobs* I am still human !!! 😜), but some are incredible. This video is a good complement... I didn't know your channel, but now I trully enjoy your funny ways and smart tips. Thank you Stuart. 🙏😎

    Amazing content! Somewhat off-topic: Is there a video on forearm alignment at setup? If you were to place an alignment stick across your forearms at setup, it looks like it would point left of target. Is that true?

    If I follow this correctly, the final version he demonstrated and which he recommends to play with is to aim right with a 3 degrees shut club face, then make the low left shoulder swing. I’ll try it and see what happens

    So I check my clubs after a range session and marks are clearly showing an open club face. Hence why I've ended up flipping the face and delofting. I have one go at this and the marks are square and I'm not flipping. Just thinking about turning the shoulders around me

      That’s how you know Stu is on to something. There is a reason why they say that like 95% of golfers don’t ever get much better. Most modern instruction is predicated on hitting a bunch of positions…where you sit in mirror or film yourself. The problem is, as soon as you start doing that, these positions are all just static. In reality, a good teacher can explain the static positions, but they have to also be able to describe the “feel” and motion. If my swing thought is to square up my left shoulder…or to swing more across my waist, and to pull the club left and low…then to watch it over exaggerated with the broom drill…it just makes sense.
      At some point, if you look at the Trackman numbers and understand the data, the numbers don’t lie…you gotta be swinging the club pretty damn good to get the aoa and the slightly in to out or 0 face path that Stu is getting.
      These lessons will really help you if you don’t give up on them. I’m a believer.
