Taking a programming course, starting reading again, dusting off my guitar, finally starting sketching, started exercising and now learning how to make scrambled eggs. The quarantine arc in my life's story is really taking some drastic turns here

Also: 1) you don't scramboe the eggs before you out them over the heat. 2) you dont add water. Only butter. 3) You dont let it settle in the pan. You mix the whole time. 4) You take the eggs off the heat the first sign of it thickening. You then put it back on after it cools slightly. (Dont stip mixing) You then put it back on until it gets a bit thicker. Repeat 3 to 4 times. 5) You add cream at the end to stop the cooking process and then season. This is definitely not a decent way ro make eggs!
My tip. Add finely chopped chive herbs. It is a major upgrade in terms of flavor. My cooking instructor told me to NEVER add any liquids to eggs saying it unnecessarily waters down the egg flavor. Try it with water and once without to compare for yourself. Happy cooking 😋

Good recipe. I'm a bit hesitant on adding the salt while cooking. It tends to dry out the eggs (salt pulls moisture out). I salt the eggs right before I take them out of the pan. =)

I'm Italian and here most of the people know how to cook enough.. But I can assure you less people here can do scrambled eggs in a decently way, at least we rarely use to cook eggs in this way.

Adding other ingredients only interferes with the action of the albumen. The origin of adding other liquids was during the Depression, when people stretched everything. If you want the fluffiest possible scrambled eggs, the trick is to learn how to cook them quickly on high heat without scorching them, and to remove them the instant they are finished. If you aren't a very good cook, fine, cook them on lower heat to reduce the risk of burning them. As an inexperienced cook you probably won't notice the extra rubberiness much anyway.
These came out perfect! I had to test if some eggs were still good, they didn't float off the bottom of a water cup, so they were still good but you have to use the tester one's right away.
This video was short, simple, clear, and straight to the point. Honestly, a lot of videos aren’t like that anymore and I find it hard to last more then two minutes when I feel like I’m just wasting my time watching something. try to re-cook your old brother. put him on frying pan. and cook it up for 4 minutes.
I think you forgot to sing a song at the end like Dani did. Its an important step.. Don't forget it. Whole recipe is based on it.
