Dave Mustaine is the best of all guitar players from his genre and beyond. Can’t wait to hear the new Megadeth album coming out this year 2022!
I just listened to him on Joe Rogan talk about this gig. He said Eric Johnson and Dweezel Zappa set up his gear so that it would sound closer to the Hendrix tone.

I'm not much of a metal fan, but I can appreciate it, I love how tight Dave is here, what a professional, note for note razor sharp tight.. Good stuff. He gets credit, but not enough credit in my opinion.
I totally agree. I saw the 'Experience Hendrix' tour a few years ago, and the token Metal Dude that year was Zakk Wylde. He played 'Little Wing' and absolutely BUTCHERED the out solo. It was awful to behold. Not that Zakk isn't an excellent player, but he didn't play to the song at all.
